Si on prend en consid\u00e9ration la participation du fonds d\u2019investissement qatarien <em>Precision Capital<\/em> dans Luxair, qui elle est de nouveau actionnaire chez Cargolux, alors l\u2019Emirat du Qatar pourrait exercer bient\u00f4t une influence chez Cargolux correspondant \u00e0 55% du capital au total.<\/p>\n<p>Au cas o\u00f9 ce sc\u00e9nario serait effectivement r\u00e9alis\u00e9, le Luxembourg perdrait d\u00e9finitivement un autre fleuron de son \u00e9conomie!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eviter un deuxi\u00e8me cas Mittal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suite aux r\u00e9v\u00e9lations de la presse, l\u2019OGBL doute fortement de l\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9 du ministre des Finances, du ministre du D\u00e9veloppement durable et des infrastructures et du ministre de l\u2019Economie. En m\u00eame temps, l\u2019OGBL met en cause la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Cargolux. Ni les responsables politiques, ni la direction Cargolux n\u2019ont daign\u00e9 informer de mani\u00e8re correcte et compl\u00e8te les syndicats et les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel. L\u2019OGBL exige enfin des renseignements concrets sur les n\u00e9gociations men\u00e9es par nos ministres lors de leurs nombreux d\u00e9placements \u00e0 Doha. La strat\u00e9gie de ne donner des informations qu\u2019au compte-gouttes ressemble fortement \u00e0 celle appliqu\u00e9e dans le cas de la reprise d\u2019Arcelor par Mittal. Tout laisse croire que le secteur de l\u2019aviation subit le m\u00eame sort que le secteur de la sid\u00e9rurgie. Or, il faut prendre en compte que le dossier Cargolux, avec ses quelque 1 200 salari\u00e9s, a un impact direct sur Luxair avec 2 500 salari\u00e9s, ainsi que sur l\u2019ensemble du secteur du transport et de la logistique.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL lance un appel au gouvernement de jouer, enfin, cartes sur table et de respecter la l\u00e9gislation sur la cogestion.
