Me Guy Thomas a plaid\u00e9 l\u2019affaire Hodin, repr\u00e9sentative pour les 250 recours de l\u2018OGBL.<\/p>\n<p>Il est ressorti des d\u00e9bats, dans lesquels sont intervenus quatre avocats pour les centaines de requ\u00e9rants frontaliers, que la position de l\u2019Etat luxembourgeois et du Ministre de l\u2019Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur Fran\u00e7ois Biltgen est absolument intenable et que la loi de juillet 2010 constitue une discrimination contraire au droit europ\u00e9en, en particulier \u00e0 la r\u00e8glementation sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale et \u00e0 la libre circulation des travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL est confiant que justice sera rendue dans ce dossier\u00a0embl\u00e9matique en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9fense de\u00a0l\u2019universalit\u00e9 des droits sociaux li\u00e9s au travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 12 d\u00e9cembre 2011<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4734,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[128,126,127],"syndicat":[113,112,100],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
