{"id":102401,"date":"2026-06-16T11:26:07","date_gmt":"2026-06-16T09:26:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=102401"},"modified":"2026-06-16T11:27:02","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T09:27:02","slug":"des-avancees-concretes-pour-les-1-200-salaries","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/en\/communique\/des-avancees-concretes-pour-les-1-200-salaries\/","title":{"rendered":"Des avanc\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes pour les 1.200 salari\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-en\"> <\/p><p><strong>Le 15 juin 2026, le LCGB, syndicat majoritaire, et l\u2019OGBL ont sign\u00e9 avec la direction de Luxcargo Handling (LCH) la nouvelle convention collective de travail (CCT), couvrant les 1.200 salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cet accord se mat\u00e9rialise par :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un avenant \u00e0 la CCT 2024\u20132026 couvrant la p\u00e9riode du 1<sup>er<\/sup> mai 2026 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2026 ;<\/li>\n<li>un nouvel avenant et accord couvrant la p\u00e9riode du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2027 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2029.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette nouvelle convention collective constitue une \u00e9tape importante pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail, renforcer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise et accompagner durablement les salari\u00e9s et pr\u00e9voit les am\u00e9liorations principales suivantes :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prime unique \u00e0 la signature\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chaque salari\u00e9 actif au sein de LCH au 1<sup>er<\/sup> mai 2026 recevra une prime unique de 550 \u20ac brut, vers\u00e9e avec le salaire de juin 2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nouvelle grille de salaire\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une nouvelle grille de salaire entrera en vigueur le 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2027 avec les am\u00e9liorations suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grille de salaire unique<\/li>\n<li>Suppression des bar\u00e8mes n\u00e9gatifs<\/li>\n<li>Remplacement de l&#8217;augmentation salariale biannuelle accord\u00e9e aux salari\u00e9s de longue date par des augmentations annuelles<\/li>\n<li>Suppression des bar\u00e8mes obsol\u00e8tes et int\u00e9gration des salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s dans le bar\u00e8me sup\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9ation de deux bar\u00e8mes suppl\u00e9mentaires pour certaines fonctions de chauffeurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mise en place de deux commissions paritaires\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deux commissions paritaires r\u00e9unissant direction, syndicats et d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel seront mises en place afin de travailler sur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la r\u00e9vision des crit\u00e8res de classification et des plans de carri\u00e8re ;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019\u00e9volution des plans d\u2019organisation du travail afin de diminuer la charge de travail et de garantir une meilleure conciliation entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Report des cong\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Harmonisation du report des cong\u00e9s jusqu\u2019au 31 mars de l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Introduction d\u2019une prime d\u2019engagement <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> juillet 2026, introduction d\u2019une prime d\u2019engagement visant \u00e0 r\u00e9compenser l\u2019engagement des salari\u00e9s, favoriser l\u2019am\u00e9lioration durable de la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 au travail et contribuer \u00e0 la diminution du taux global d\u2019absent\u00e9isme. Le montant de ladite prime d\u00e9pend du nombre total de jours d\u2019absence et du nombre de fr\u00e9quences d\u2019absence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cong\u00e9 prioritaire\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chaque salari\u00e9 a droit \u00e0 3 jours de cong\u00e9s prioritaires par an, accord\u00e9s automatiquement sauf contraintes op\u00e9rationnelles exceptionnelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13<sup>e<\/sup> mois\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am\u00e9lioration de la progressivit\u00e9 du 13\u1d49 mois, permettant d\u2019atteindre 100 % d\u00e8s la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e (au lieu de la quatri\u00e8me).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modifications dans les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019utilisation de l\u2019horaire FLEX\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des heures FLEX en 2 x 4h ou 1 x 8h par mois.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Limitation de validit\u00e9 des rappels \u00e0 l\u2019ordre \u00e9crits et des avertissements \u00e9crits\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La validit\u00e9 d\u2019un rappel \u00e0 l\u2019ordre \u00e9crit est de 12 mois.<\/li>\n<li>La validit\u00e9 d\u2019un avertissement \u00e9crit est de 18 mois.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Int\u00e9gration de la prime de compensation d\u2019attente\u00a0<\/strong><strong>au salaire <\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour les Chauffeurs Aide Load Control, qui n\u2019exercent plus cette fonction \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une \u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re, la prime de compensation d&#8217;attente est supprim\u00e9e et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au salaire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 travers cet accord, les parties signataires r\u00e9affirment leur volont\u00e9 commune de construire un cadre de travail plus \u00e9quitable, plus attractif et davantage orient\u00e9 vers les perspectives de carri\u00e8re et le bien-\u00eatre des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le LCGB et l\u2019OGBL, le 16 juin 2026<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":102402,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[44],"syndicat":[68],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
