Ziel der Aktion war es, die Notwendigkeit einer aktiven, sozialen und besch\u00e4ftigungsorientierten Industriepolitik auf europ\u00e4ischer Ebene zu unterstreichen. Vertreter des OGBL haben sich an den Aktionen beteiligt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vor dem Hintergrund tiefgreifender industrieller Umbr\u00fcche \u2014 ausgel\u00f6st durch Klimatransformation, Digitalisierung und zunehmenden internationalen Wettbewerbsdruck \u2014 fordern die Industriegewerkschaften eine Industriepolitik, die Besch\u00e4ftigung sichert, industrielle Wertsch\u00f6pfung in Europa erh\u00e4lt und den Wandel sozial gestaltet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt der Aktion war die Bedeutung starker Kollektivvertr\u00e4ge. Die europ\u00e4ische Richtlinie \u00fcber angemessene Mindestl\u00f6hne und die F\u00f6rderung von Kollektivverhandlungen sieht eine Abdeckung von mindestens 80 Prozent vor. Diese Zielmarke gilt als zentraler Ma\u00dfstab f\u00fcr faire L\u00f6hne, stabile Arbeitsbedingungen und sozialen Zusammenhalt. In Luxemburg ist dieses Ziel bislang weiterhin nicht erreicht. Der OGBL unterstreicht den klaren Auftrag an die europ\u00e4ische und nationale Politik, den Ausbau von Kollektivvertr\u00e4gen aktiv zu f\u00f6rdern und bestehende Hemmnisse abzubauen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daher waren die VertreterInnen von IndustriAll aus fast allen EU-L\u00e4ndern heute beim EU-Parlament um im direkten Austausch mit den ParlamentarierInnen den 6 Hauptforderungen Ausdruck zu verleihen\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>St\u00e4rkung der Tarifverhandlungen als bester Weg zu wirklich fairen L\u00f6hnen und Arbeitsbedingungen;<\/li>\n<li>Einf\u00fchrung eines Rechts auf Weiterbildung w\u00e4hrend der Arbeitszeit als Teil eines gerechten \u00dcbergangs zu einer gr\u00fcnen und digitalen Wirtschaft;<\/li>\n<li>Regulierung von Subunternehmerketten und Arbeitsvermittlern;<\/li>\n<li>Bek\u00e4mpfung der Stressepidemie in Europa, unter anderem durch die Durchsetzung des Rechts auf Nichterreichbarkeit;<\/li>\n<li>Regulierung des algorithmischen Managements am Arbeitsplatz auf der Grundlage des Prinzips der menschlichen Kontrolle;<\/li>\n<li>Beendigung prek\u00e4rer Besch\u00e4ftigung durch gesetzliche Anspr\u00fcche auf unbefristete Vertr\u00e4ge und Vollzeitbesch\u00e4ftigung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mit der heutigen Mobilisierung unterstreichen die europ\u00e4ischen Industriegewerkschaften, dass Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit und soziale Verantwortung untrennbar miteinander verbunden sind. Der OGBL wird sich weiterhin auf nationaler und europ\u00e4ischer Ebene daf\u00fcr einsetzen, dass Industriepolitik, gute Lohn- und Arbeitsbedingungen und sozialer Fortschritt Hand in Hand gehen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Industrie,<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>am 5.
