Juni 2010 bereits auf ein Grundsatzabkommen betreffend die Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags geeinigt hatten, konnte der endg\u00fcltige Vertrag am 7. Dezember 2010 unterzeichnet werden.<br \/>\nDie Verhandlungen verliefen unter der Wort- und Federf\u00fchrung des OGBL, in einem konstruktiven und offenen Gespr\u00e4chsklima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lohnerh\u00f6hung von 3% \u00fcber 3 Jahre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das unterzeichnete Verhandlungsergebnis sieht folgende Eckwerte und Verbesserungen vor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vertragsdauer: 3 Jahre, vom 1. Januar 2010 bis 31. Dezember 2012<\/li>\n<li>Lohnaufbesserung: +1% pro Vertragsjahr (d.h.: insgesamt 3%)<\/li>\n<li>Einf\u00fchren einer Urlaubspauschale von 300 \u20ac ab dem Jahr 2012<\/li>\n<li>Aufstellen von \u201eJob Descriptions\u201c mit Hilfe eines externen Experten<\/li>\n<li>Anbieten von Luxemburgisch- und Englischkursen<\/li>\n<li>Promotion und textliche Regelung der Teilzeitarbeit<\/li>\n<li>Verbesserungen betreffend die Arbeitskleidung<\/li>\n<li>Verbesserung der \u00dcberstundenregelung<\/li>\n<li>Verbesserung der Urlaubsregelung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lux-Airport, die zu 100 Prozent dem Luxemburger Staat geh\u00f6rt, ist der Betreiber des Flughafens Findel und besch\u00e4ftigt rund 250 Mitarbeiter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Zivile Luftfahrt<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 7.
