D\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union, la direction locale a indiqu\u00e9 la marche \u00e0 suivre: \u00abnous avons comme objectif de baisser la masse salariale\u00bb.Quelle bonne entr\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re pour amorcer le dialogue!<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 toutes nos propositions constructives, allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la reconduction de la CCT sur une ann\u00e9e, sans modification aucune, la direction persiste, et pire, provoque: \u00abvos salaires au Luxembourg sont trop \u00e9lev\u00e9s\u00bb. Ceci tout en laissant entrevoir que 2010 serait une ann\u00e9e tr\u00e8s difficile et que de ce fait aucune augmentation des salaires ne pourrait \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, d\u00e9but octobre, une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union a eu lieu devant l\u2019Office national de Conciliation. Le conciliateur ayant demand\u00e9 aux parties de se remettre autour de la table de n\u00e9gociation, une n\u00e9gociation a eu lieu ce 26 octobre. Lors de cette entrevue, la direction s\u2019obstinait \u00e0 vouloir uniquement discuter d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle prime li\u00e9e au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice sans prendre en consid\u00e9ration ni la probl\u00e9matique d\u2019int\u00e9grer les ex-employ\u00e9s priv\u00e9s dans la convention collective, ni la revendication de l\u2019OGBL de faire \u00e9voluer les salaires.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9union s\u2019est donc sold\u00e9e par un \u00e9chec et en date du 25 novembre 2010, le dossier sera \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour du conciliateur.<\/p>\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 soutenir la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation et pr\u00eats \u00e0 participer \u00e0 toutes les actions syndicales qui seront organis\u00e9es dans les semaines \u00e0 venir. Depuis des mois, de plus en plus de camions de production sortent de leur usine pour livrer les clients et le site r\u00e9alise des ventes record.<\/p>\n<p>Nous restons toujours dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver une solution autour de la table de n\u00e9gociation, sous condition que la direction soit ouverte pour trouver une r\u00e9elle solution et pour appr\u00e9cier les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 leur juste valeur.
