Nachdem das OGBL-Syndikat Zivile Luftfahrt im November 2008 die Ausschusswahlen sowohl bei Luxair als auch bei deren Tochterfirma Airrest gewonnen hatte, setzte sich die Gewerkschaft konsequent f\u00fcr eine \u00dcbernahme des Airrest-Personals durch Luxair ein.
\nAirrest war zuletzt f\u00fcr das Betreiben der beiden Kantinen im Cargo-Center und im Luxair-Geb\u00e4ude in Munsbach zust\u00e4ndig.
\nDer OGBL war der Meinung, dass beide Unternehmen in Wirklichkeit eine Einheit bilden. Die Verhandlungen betreffend die \u00dcbernahme des Personals zwischen der Luxair-Direktion, dem Betriebsrat von Airrest sowie dem OGBL konnten nun mit einem sehr positiven Ergebnis abgeschlossen werden. Die 16 Airrest-Besch\u00e4ftigten werden r\u00fcckwirkend auf den 1. Juli 2010 von der Luxair \u00fcbernommen. Luxair betreibt die beiden Betriebskantinen k\u00fcnftig in Eigenregie. Die Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit des Airrest-Personals, das nun in den Genuss des Luxair-Kollektivvertrags kommt, wird integral \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n

Konstruktives Verhandlungsklima<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die bestehende Betriebsdelegation der Airrest wird in den Betriebsrat der Luxair integriert.
\nDas OGBL-Syndikat Zivile Luftfahrt unterstreicht das konstruktive Klima der Gespr\u00e4che mit der Luxair-Direktion und zeigt sich erfreut \u00fcber die Tatsache, f\u00fcr die Airrest-Besch\u00e4ftigten eine ernsthafte Perspektive in Form einer Arbeitsplatzgarantie und einer sicheren beruflichen Laufbahn ausgehandelt zu haben.
\nDas Airrest-Personal hat dem OGBL seine Anerkennung f\u00fcr dessen konsequenten Einsatz und die Bem\u00fchungen zu einer Eingliederung in die Luxair-Familie ausgesprochen.<\/p>\n
