Februar 2010 den Kollektivvertrag f\u00fcr den Transport- und Logistiksektor.<\/p>\n<p>Wegen der wirtschaftlich schwierigen Zeiten in diesem Wirtschaftszweig wurden die Grundelemente des ehemaligen Vertrags f\u00fcr 13 Monate verl\u00e4ngert. Der neue Kollektivvertrag wurde dar\u00fcber hinaus an die g\u00fcltige europ\u00e4ische und nationale Gesetzgebung angepasst.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vertrag trat am 1. Februar 2010 in Kraft und ist anwendbar auf alle Betriebe des gewerblichen Stra!eng\u00fcterverkehrs, die Umzugsunternehmen, die Eil- und Kurierdienste sowie die Logistikbetriebe. Betroffen sind hiervon mehr als 10.000 Besch\u00e4ftigte.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vertragspartner haben die n\u00f6tigen Schritte in die Wege geleitet, um die Allgemeinverbindlichkeit beim Schlichtungsamt zu beantragen, womit der Kollektivvertrag \u00fcber eine gro!herzogliche Verordnung im \u201eM\u00e9morial\u201c ver\u00f6ffentlicht wird und dann offiziell f\u00fcr den gesamten Wirtschaftszweig g\u00fcltig ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt am 2.
