Le vendredi 29 janvier 2010, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel de la Compagnie Luxembourgeoise d\u2019Entreprises SA (C.L.E.) a \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9e par la direction de l\u2019entreprise de sa d\u00e9cision de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction des effectifs qui touchera une grande partie des salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise. C.L.E. emploie actuellement environ 200 salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

C.L.E. r\u00e9alise essentiellement des projets immobiliers non-r\u00e9sidentiels. L\u2019entreprise de construction fait partie du groupe belge CFE qui est actif dans le secteur du b\u00e2timent et du g\u00e9nie civil.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e, les n\u00e9gociations d\u2019un plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi avaient d\u00e9but\u00e9, mais cette proc\u00e9dure n\u2019a pas port\u00e9 ses fruits. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 avait pris la d\u00e9cision de continuer ses activit\u00e9s sans changements majeurs et sans donner suite \u00e0 ces n\u00e9gociations.<\/p>\n

Par cons\u00e9quent, l\u2019OGBL, qui est seul \u00e0 repr\u00e9senter les salari\u00e9s de la CLE au sein de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel, va demander une entrevue d\u2019urgence avec la direction de l\u2019entreprise afin d\u2019obtenir de plus amples informations sur la d\u00e9cision de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la diminution d\u2019effectifs et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un plan social.<\/p>\n
