November 2009 die Anfrage des LCGB einen Besch\u00e4ftigungsplan (plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi) auszuhandeln sowie einen externen Finanzexperten zu verpflichten agelehnt. Das Konjunkturkomitee kam zur Schlussfolgerung, dass Cargolux die Kriterien hierf\u00fcr nicht erf\u00fcllt, womit die OGBL-Position best\u00e4tigt wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Die Cargolux-Direktion unterbreitete heute einen Gegenvorschlag zum OGBLVerhandlungsvorschlag vom 19. November 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Bedauerlicherweise kam es nicht zu Verhandlungen weil der LCGB sich kategorisch weigerte \u00fcber diese Vorschl\u00e4ge zu diskutieren. Stattdessen k\u00fcndigte der LCGB an, das nationale Schlichtungsamt zu befassen, womit er die Besch\u00e4ftigten bewusst in einen offenen Konflikt hineinsteuert.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den OGBL ist diese Vorgehensweise nicht tragbar!<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL h\u00e4lt an seiner Forderung fest:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Als Hauptziel die Unterzeichnung des Kollektivvertrags, r\u00fcckwirkend auf den 1. Januar 2009, f\u00fcr eine Dauer von 2 Jahren, d.h. bis zum 31. Dezember 2010.<\/li>\n<li>Konstruktive Verhandlungen \u00fcber ein zus\u00e4tzliches Ma\u00dfnahmenpaket welches der \u00f6konomischen Situationen Rechnung tr\u00e4gt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Falls ein annehmbares Verhandlungsergebnis zustande kommen sollte, wird dieses dem Personal zur Abstimmung vorgelegt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Zivile Luftfahrt<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 26.
