Die \u00f6ffentliche Hand investiert daf\u00fcr 23 Millionen US-Dollar.<\/p>\n<p>Indirekt wird der Staat seine Beteiligung via Sparkasse und die Nationale Kreditund Investitionsgesellschaft SNCI auf rund 26 % anheben.<\/p>\n<p>Sehr vielversprechend ist auch die erh\u00f6hte Beteiligung der Luxair, die k\u00fcnftig \u00fcber 52,12 % des Cargolux-Kapitals vertreten wird, womit es gelungen ist einen wichtigen strategischen Partner noch enger an die Luftfrachtgesellschaft zu binden. Bei Luxair selbst halten Staat und Sparkasse gemeinsam wiederum 48,66 % der Aktien.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den OGBL stellt die Regierungspolitik einen Vertrauensbeweis in das Unternehmen Cargolux, in dessen Mitarbeiter und in dessen Direktion dar. Die Staatsbeteiligung bei Cargolux bedeutet f\u00fcr den OGBL aber auch eine Absicherung des Standorts Luxemburg mit seinen rund 6.500 Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen am Flughafen Findel.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL ist der Meinung, dass sp\u00e4testens jetzt jeder den Ernst der Lage erkannt haben m\u00fcsste, und dass die Diskussionen unter Sozialpartnern betreffend die Verl\u00e4ngerung des Cargolux-Kollektivvertrags und die Umsetzung eines Sparplans nun endlich deblockiert werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL Syndikat Zivile Luftfahrt<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 1.
