Die Sozialpartner (OGB-L, NGL-SNEP, LCGB und Goodyear Dunlop) haben der Verl\u00e4ngerung der aktuellen Kollektivvertr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr weitere 3 Jahre zugestimmt. Die neuen Vertr\u00e4ge sind g\u00fcltig ab dem 1. Januar 2010 bis zum 31. Dezember 2012.<\/p>\n

Aufgrund der aktuellen Wirtschaftslage und deren negativen Auswirkungen auf das Produktionsvolumen der luxemburgischen Fabriken, wurde die im Kollektivvertrag vorgesehene und f\u00fcr den 1. Januar 2010 geplante Gehaltserh\u00f6hung aufgehoben.<\/p>\n

Die Sozialpartner vereinbarten ebenfalls, dass, im Falle eines wirtschaftlichen Aufschwungs w\u00e4hrend der Laufzeit der Kollektivvertr\u00e4ge, die Gewerkschaften sich das Recht vorbehalten, \u00fcber \u00c4nderungen der bestehenden Kollektivvertr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr das Jahr 2012 zu verhandeln.
\n“Vorruhestandsregelung\u201c : die bestehenden Bestimmungen, laut Artikel 7.2 der Kollektivvertr\u00e4ge, bleiben bis zum Vertragsende g\u00fcltig.<\/p>\n
