Juli 2009 in drei Transportunternehmen stattfanden, konnte der OGBL-ACAL die Zahl seiner<br \/>\nMandate um weitere 6 Sitze ausbauen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Firma <strong>Translog S.A.<\/strong> aus Contern waren ein Effektivdelegierter und ein Stellvertreter zu w\u00e4hlen. S\u00e4mtliche Mandate entfielen auf den OGBL. Gew\u00e4hlt sind Maxime Collard (Effektiv) und G\u00e9rard Troehl (Stellvertreter).<\/p>\n<p>Die Besch\u00e4ftigten der Transportfirma <strong>CLCC-Cobelfret Lorang Car Carriers S.A.<\/strong>, eine zum Cobelfret-Konzern geh\u00f6rende Spedition mit Sitz in Petingen, die sich auf den Transport von Autos spezialisiert hat, w\u00e4hlten zum ersten Mal einen Betriebsrat. Zu bestimmen waren 2 Effektiv- und 2 Ersatzdelegierte. Alle Posten des Betriebsausschusses werden k\u00fcnftig von OGBL-Delegierten bekleidet. F\u00fcr den OGBL-ACAL sind gew\u00e4hlt: Jean Philippe Demange und Didier Quetel (Effektivdelegierte) sowie Daniel Lovato und G\u00e9rard Hombourger\u00a0 (Stellvertreter).<\/p>\n<p>In beiden Betrieben hatten so genannte neutrale Kandidaten keine Chance.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Transportunternehmen <strong>Arthur Welter<\/strong> mit Sitz in Leudelingen wurden die Ausschusswahlen vom 11. November 2008 aufgrund mehrerer festgestellter Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten von der Gewerbeinspektion annulliert. Die Wahlen wurden am 15. Juli 2009 wiederholt. Zu w\u00e4hlen waren 7 Effektiv- und 7 Ersatzdelegierte.<\/p>\n<p>3 Mandate entfielen auf den OGBL, die neutrale Liste erhielt 4 Sitze. F\u00fcr den OGBL sind gew\u00e4hlt: Harry Boos, Helmut Gales und G\u00fcnther Tappe.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL-ACAL konnte seine Vormachtstellung im Stra!entransportsektor ausbauen und verf\u00fcgt nun insgesamt \u00fcber 171 Effektiv- und 138 Ersatzmandate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-ACAL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 16.
