Mai ein erstes Mal mit den Arbeitgeberverb\u00e4nden vor dem nationalen Schlichtungsamt eingefunden um nach L\u00f6sungen zu suchen, damit ein Sozialkonflikt im gr\u00f6\u00dften Sektor des luxemburgischen Gesundheits- und Sozialwesens vermieden werden k\u00f6nnte. Nach \u00fcber drei Stunden musste festgestellt werden, dass absolut keine Ann\u00e4herungen in den wesentlichen Fragen m\u00f6glich war, da die Arbeitgeber sich vehement gegen die l\u00e4ngst \u00fcberf\u00e4llige Aufwertung der Geh\u00e4lterlaufbahnen und gegen einen einzigen starken Kollektivvertrag f\u00fcr das gesamte luxemburgische Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen wehrten.<\/p>\n<p>Eine zweite Sitzung vor dem Schlichtungsamt wurde f\u00fcr den 10. Juni vorgesehen und es wird wohl sehr schwierig werden L\u00f6sungen zu finden, um einen Sozialkonflikt zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OGBL f\u00fchrte erste gewerkschaftliche Aktionen durch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In der vergangenen Woche war das Syndikat Gesundheit und Sozialwesen des OGBL vor verschiedenen Betrieben anwesend, um die Arbeitnehmer \u00fcber den aktuellen Stand der Schlichtung zu informieren und f\u00fcr weitere Aktionen zu mobilisieren. Rund 300 Arbeitnehmer versammelten sich jeweils vor oder nach Schichtbeginn vor folgenden Einrichtungen, um gegen die provokative Haltung der Arbeitgeberverb\u00e4nde zu protestieren: APEMH &#8211; Parc de Hosingen, Homes pour personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es \u2013 Clervaux, Fondation Kr\u00e4izbierg &#8211; Domaine Schoumansbongert, SERVIOR \u2013 Cipa Esch, APEMH \u2013 Nossbierg, Fondation Kr\u00e4izbierg \u2013 Site Kr\u00e4izbierg.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL wird seine Mobilisierungskampagne und seine Protestaktionen in den n\u00e4chsten Wochen weiter ausbauen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom Syndikat Gesundheit und Sozialwesen des OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 9.
