{"id":610,"date":"2009-02-26T15:11:55","date_gmt":"2009-02-26T14:11:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/premiere-convention-collective-de-travail-pour-les-salaries-de-shell-luxembourg"},"modified":"2023-06-14T10:59:33","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T08:59:33","slug":"premiere-convention-collective-de-travail-pour-les-salaries-de-shell-luxembourg","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/premiere-convention-collective-de-travail-pour-les-salaries-de-shell-luxembourg\/","title":{"rendered":"Premi\u00e8re Convention Collective de Travail pour les salari\u00e9s de SHELL Luxembourg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p>La premi\u00e8re convention collective de travail pour les salari\u00e9s de Shell Luxembourgeoise S.A.R.L. et Shell Finance Luxembourg S.A.R.L. vient d\u2019\u00eatre sign\u00e9e entre la direction et le syndicat OGBL, seul syndicat repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au sein de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel.<br \/>\nCes deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ont leur si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Bertrange et occupent une vingtaine de salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Outre les acquis et avantages sociaux d\u00e9j\u00e0 en vigueur, la convention collective pr\u00e9voit entre autres, les am\u00e9liorations suivantes :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Travail de nuit pour les salari\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les prestations de nuit donneront lieu \u00e0 une majoration de 30% du salaire normal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Revalorisation individuelle des salaires<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Afin de confronter sa politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et de l\u2019am\u00e9liorer, Shell participe annuellement \u00e0 une enqu\u00eate des salaires au Grand Duch\u00e9 de Luxembourg. Les r\u00e9sultats de cette analyse permettront de d\u00e9terminer l\u2019enveloppe (le budget) d\u2019augmentations pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours. Toutefois l\u2019enveloppe ne peut \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quivalent d\u2019une tranche indiciaire, \u00e0 savoir 2.5%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u00c0 la demande de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel, celle-ci pourra obtenir communication des \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 la base de la d\u00e9termination de l\u2019enveloppe de revalorisation, en respect de la confidentialit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es individuelles de chaque salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>La prime \u00ab Bonus \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Les salari\u00e9s soumis \u00e0 la convention auront droit \u00e0 une prime variable calcul\u00e9e sur<br \/>\nbase annuelle en fonction de la performance de l\u2019ensemble du groupe et sur la<br \/>\nperformance individuelle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>La prime de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Au mois de d\u00e9cembre, les salari\u00e9s auront droit \u00e0 un 13e mois.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Le p\u00e9cule de vacances<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Le 15 mai de chaque ann\u00e9e est pay\u00e9 un p\u00e9cule de vacances qui est de 7,083% du<br \/>\nsalaire annuel (de 13 mois).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Services d\u2019astreinte\/permanence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une prime d\u2019astreinte hebdomadaire est allou\u00e9e par permanence de service du lundi au dimanche. Un r\u00e8glement interne fixera les conditions et formalit\u00e9s de r\u00e9alisation des formations individuelles ou collectives suivies ou \u00e0 suivre dans le cadre du plan de formation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maintien dans l\u2019emploi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La direction et le syndicat OGBL ont n\u00e9goci\u00e9 et mis en place des instruments de maintien dans l\u2019emploi tout en fixant des r\u00e8gles pour pr\u00e9venir et \u00e9viter des licenciements en cas de r\u00e9duction d\u2019activit\u00e9, soit en cas de probl\u00e8mes \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dur\u00e9e de la Convention<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La convention a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclue pour une dur\u00e9e de 3 ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le Syndicat Services et Energie de l\u2019OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>le 26 f\u00e9vrier 2009<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[54],"syndicat":[73],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
