{"id":59091,"date":"2025-10-10T15:31:53","date_gmt":"2025-10-10T13:31:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=59091"},"modified":"2025-10-10T15:31:53","modified_gmt":"2025-10-10T13:31:53","slug":"des-ameliorations-substantielles-pour-le-personnel-communal","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/des-ameliorations-substantielles-pour-le-personnel-communal\/","title":{"rendered":"Des am\u00e9liorations substantielles pour le personnel communal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p>L\u2019OGBL et le LCGB ont sign\u00e9, le 10 octobre 2025, la nouvelle convention collective pour le personnel des 19 communes du Sud, avec les bourgmestres repr\u00e9sentant ces communes.<\/p>\n<p>Cet accord, conclu dans un esprit de dialogue social constructif, concerne environ 4\u00a0300 salari\u00e9s et s\u2019applique pour une dur\u00e9e de trois ans, soit du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2025 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Cette convention collective marque une \u00e9tape importante dans la reconnaissance du travail accompli par le personnel communal et dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de ses conditions salariales et sociales.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet accord, plusieurs am\u00e9liorations concr\u00e8tes entreront en vigueur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Augmentations salariales (accord salarial)\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Augmentation de 2% du point indiciaire<\/strong>, avec effet r\u00e9troactif au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2025.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Augmentation de 0,5% du point indiciaire<\/strong> \u00e0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paiement d\u2019une prime unique<\/strong> <strong>de 1,25% <\/strong>sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration brute annuelle de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paiement d\u2019une prime unique<\/strong> <strong>de 1% <\/strong>sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration brute annuelle de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2026, <strong>la prime d\u2019astreinte fixe est port\u00e9e \u00e0 24 points indiciaires<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2026, <strong>la prime d\u2019astreinte variable est instaur\u00e9e<\/strong> avec un maximum de 24 points.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019accord pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement une <strong>revalorisation progressive du service de permanence<\/strong>, reconnaissant pleinement la disponibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019engagement du personnel :\n<ul>\n<li><u>Du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2026 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2026 :<br \/>\n<\/u>Jours ouvrables : 1,7 point par jour (de la fermeture de l\u2019entreprise jusqu\u2019\u00e0 son ouverture le lendemain, y compris la pause de midi en cas de fermeture).<br \/>\nSamedis : 3,5 points par jour (de 6h du matin jusqu\u2019\u00e0 6h le lendemain).<br \/>\nDimanches, jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s l\u00e9gaux et d\u2019usage : 5 points par jour (de 6h du matin jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019heure d\u2019ouverture le lendemain).<br \/>\nJours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s l\u00e9gaux tombant un dimanche : 7 points par jour (de 6h du matin jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ouverture le lendemain).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><u>\u00c0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2027 :<br \/>\n<\/u>Jours ouvrables : 2,1 points par jour.<br \/>\nSamedis : 4 points par jour.<br \/>\nDimanches, jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s l\u00e9gaux et d\u2019usage : 5,5 points par jour.<br \/>\nJours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s l\u00e9gaux tombant un dimanche : 7,5 points par jour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cet accord traduit la volont\u00e9 commune des syndicats et des communes signataires de valoriser les m\u00e9tiers communaux et d\u2019assurer une reconnaissance \u00e9quitable du travail accompli, notamment pour celles et ceux qui assurent la continuit\u00e9 du service public en dehors des horaires normaux.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL et le LCGB saluent l\u2019attitude constructive des bourgmestres des 19 communes du Sud et se f\u00e9licitent de la conclusion d\u2019un accord \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique \u00e0 la fois pour les salari\u00e9s et pour la qualit\u00e9 du service public local.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux organisations syndicales r\u00e9affirment leur engagement \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats des quelque 4\u00a0300 salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, \u00e0 renforcer leur pouvoir d\u2019achat et \u00e0 poursuivre les avanc\u00e9es sociales dans le secteur communal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par l\u2019OGBL et le LCGB,<br \/>\norganisations syndicales repr\u00e9sentatives du personnel communal des 19 communes du Sud, le 10 octobre 2025<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":59100,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[53],"syndicat":[71],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
