{"id":55096,"date":"2025-07-15T10:34:09","date_gmt":"2025-07-15T08:34:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=55096"},"modified":"2025-07-15T10:34:09","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T08:34:09","slug":"logbl-et-la-direction-du-list-saccordent-sur-un-nouveau-modele-devolution-salariale","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/logbl-et-la-direction-du-list-saccordent-sur-un-nouveau-modele-devolution-salariale\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019OGBL et la direction du LIST s\u2019accordent sur un nouveau mod\u00e8le d\u2019\u00e9volution salariale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p>La direction du Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) et l\u2019OGBL, seul syndicat repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au sein de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel, ont sign\u00e9 le 11 juillet le renouvellement de l\u2019accord collectif de travail (ACT) pour les plus de 750 salari\u00e9s du Centre de recherche public. L\u2019ACT est un accord subordonn\u00e9 de la Convention-cadre du secteur de la recherche publique. L\u2019accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 pour une dur\u00e9e de 3 ans, du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2025 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Les n\u00e9gociations, qui furent longues mais constructives, ont notamment men\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9vision int\u00e9grale de l\u2019\u00e9volution salariale en interne. Le nouveau mod\u00e8le de revue salariale permet des augmentations annuelles de salaire qui peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9rablement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es que dans l\u2019ancien syst\u00e8me. En particulier, le budget pr\u00e9vu pour les bonus attribu\u00e9s pour r\u00e9compenser des prestations exceptionnelles est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le budget pr\u00e9vu pour la revue salariale. Les paiements \u00ab\u00a0one-shot\u00a0\u00bb sont donc remplac\u00e9s par des augmentations salariales soumis \u00e0 l\u2019index et int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9currente \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution du salaire de base.<\/p>\n<p>Un r\u00e9gime transitoire est pr\u00e9vu pour 2025, garantissant une augmentation minimale dans le cadre de la revue salariale pour tous les salari\u00e9s n\u2019ayant pas encore atteints le maximum de leur \u00ab\u00a0career level\u00a0\u00bb, ainsi qu\u2019une attribution des bonus suivant les modalit\u00e9s des exercices pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les autres avantages n\u00e9goci\u00e9s figurent notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019augmentation de la valeur faciale des ch\u00e8ques-repas \u00e0 12 euros (10,40 euros pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment)<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019introduction d\u2019un cong\u00e9 pour don de sang de 4 heures fractionnables\/an<\/li>\n<li>Le cong\u00e9 annuel li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge est d\u00e9sormais pay\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de l\u2019ann\u00e9e du 55<sup>e<\/sup> anniversaire<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019int\u00e9gration des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs dans l\u2019ACT, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des articles concernant la grille salariale et l\u2019horaire mobile<\/li>\n<li>Des pr\u00e9cisions par rapport aux modalit\u00e9s du processus de fixation des objectifs et d\u2019\u00e9valuation<\/li>\n<li>La possibilit\u00e9 de suivre des parcours de validation de l\u2019acquis de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience (VAE) dans le cadre de l\u2019article sur le soutien aux salari\u00e9s ayant choisi de reprendre des \u00e9tudes<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019inscription dans l\u2019ACT des ch\u00e8ques-cadeau anciennet\u00e9 pour 15 ann\u00e9es de service<\/li>\n<li>La flexibilisation de la prise des jours de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration \u00e0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> ao\u00fbt 2025<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019ajout de nouveaux articles concernant :\n<ul>\n<li>La pr\u00e9vention des risques psychosociaux, avec la tenue d\u2019une enqu\u00eate eNPS par an \u2014l\u2019eNPS est un indicateur-cl\u00e9 qui \u00e9value l&#8217;engagement, la satisfaction et la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s envers leur employeur<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019intelligence artificielle et la participation de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation \u00e0 l\u2019introduction de syst\u00e8mes d\u2019IA dans le domaine des ressources humaines<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019information \u00e0 la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019int\u00e9gration des deux avenants sign\u00e9s en 2024 dans une nouvelle version consolid\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019adaptation du texte aux nouvelles dispositions l\u00e9gales et r\u00e8glementaires<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Education et Sciences (SEW) de l\u2019OGBL,<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>le 15 juillet 2025<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":55097,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[49],"syndicat":[77],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
