Nachdem in der Nacht von Samstag, dem 24. auf Sonntag, dem 25. Mai 2008 erneut ein Taxifahrer auf brutale Weise \u00fcberfallen und ausgeraubt wurde, fordert der OGBL-ACAL ein Schutzprogramm f\u00fcr Taxifahrer.<\/p>\n

Konkret soll das im Transportministerium funktionierende \u201eComit\u00e9 de pilotage contre les agressions\u201c, das sich mit den Aggressionen im \u00f6ffentlichen Transport besch\u00e4ftigt, endlich auch auf den Taxisektor ausgedehnt werden.<\/p>\n

Der OGBL forderte dies bereits im Januar 2007, als besagtes Komitee seine Arbeiten aufnahm.
\nIm Transportministerium zeigte man sich nicht sehr zuvorkommend in Bezug auf die Forderung des OGBL. Zuvor hatte der OGBL-ACAL eine Umfrage bei den Taxifahrern durchgef\u00fchrt, um zu erfahren, ob dieselben schon Opfer von Aggressionen wurden.
\n65 Prozent der Taxifahrer antworteten, sie seien in den vorangegangenen 12 Monaten aggressiert worden, 30 Prozent sogar physisch. Raub\u00fcberf\u00e4lle, Pr\u00fcgel, K.O.-Gas mit anschlie\u00dfendem Raub der Tageseinnahmen, Nylonschnur um den Hals, Faustschl\u00e4ge waren nur einige der Antworten, die der OGBL damals seitens der Taxifahrer erhielt. Die meisten Aggressionen fanden nachts statt.<\/p>\n

Aufgrund der erneuten Aggression, appelliert der OGBL-ACAL an den Transportminister, seine Haltung bez\u00fcglich des \u201ecomit\u00e9 de pilotage contre les agressions\u201c zu \u00fcberdenken und sich der \u00c4ngste und Risiken der Taxifahrer anzunehmen.<\/p>\n
