Vertreter des Unternehmens und der Gewerkschaften OGBL und LCGB einigten sich auf einen zukunftsorientierten Abschluss, der von gegenseitigem Respekt und dem Willen zur Stabilisierung des Standorts gepr\u00e4gt war.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Zentrale Ergebnisse der Verhandlungen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Verl\u00e4ngerung des Kollektivvertrags<\/strong>: Die neue Vereinbarung gilt vom <strong>07.2024 bis zum 31.12.2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Urlaubsregelung:<\/strong> Die j\u00e4hrliche Urlaubsdauer wird schrittweise erh\u00f6ht \u2014 von 26 auf <strong>28 Tage ab 2025<\/strong> und auf <strong>30 Tage ab 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Signaturpr\u00e4mie<\/strong>: Als Zeichen der Anerkennung erhalten die Besch\u00e4ftigten eine <strong>Pr\u00e4mie von insgesamt 1.200 \u20ac brutto<\/strong>, aufgeteilt in 700 \u20ac im Juli 2025 und 500 \u20ac im Juli 2026. Auch Kolleg:innen, die bis Juli 2026 in Rente gehen, profitieren davon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fahrtkostenerstattung:<\/strong> Die Entfernungspauschale wird bis zu einem Arbeitsweg von <strong>200 km pro Tag<\/strong>ber\u00fccksichtigt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexibilisierung der Arbeitszeit<\/strong>: Neben der 40-Stunden-Woche wurden <strong>flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle<\/strong> vereinbart \u2014 einschlie\u00dflich der M\u00f6glichkeit eines <strong>Sabbaticals<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verhaltenskampagnen ohne KPI-Druck:<\/strong> Drei Kampagnen zu Kommunikation, Gesundheit und Teamarbeit werden ohne an KPIs gekn\u00fcpfte Erfolgsbedingungen umgesetzt \u2014 mit dem Ziel, das Betriebsklima nachhaltig zu verbessern.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Neue Lohnstruktur:<\/strong> Die Einf\u00fchrung eines neuen Gehaltsrasters wird gemeinsam vorbereitet und in der n\u00e4chsten Verhandlungsrunde vertieft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In einer herausfordernden wirtschaftlichen Situation ist es gelungen, ein ausgewogenes Paket zu schn\u00fcren, das sowohl die Interessen der Besch\u00e4ftigten wahrt als auch zur Stabilisierung des Unternehmens beitr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Mitgeteilt von OGBL und LCGB,<br \/>\nam 3.
