Das Syndikat \u00d6ffentlicher Dienst des OGBL hat erneut erfolgreich f\u00fcr faire Arbeitsbedingungen und gerechte L\u00f6hne gek\u00e4mpft \u2013 mit der Unterzeichnung von zwei neuen Kollektivvertr\u00e4gen in den Gemeinden Grosbous-Wahl und Dalheim.<\/p>\n

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gemeinde Dalheim, die nun den hohen Punktwert nicht nur f\u00fcr ihre Beamten, sondern auch f\u00fcr ihre Arbeitnehmer anwendet. Damit setzt sie ein klares Zeichen f\u00fcr Lohngerechtigkeit und beweist, dass faire Entlohnung keine Frage des Status, sondern der Wertsch\u00e4tzung f\u00fcr geleistete Arbeit ist. Dalheim wird somit zum positiven Beispiel f\u00fcr andere Gemeinden, diesen Schritt ebenfalls zu gehen und gleichwertige Arbeit auch gleichwertig zu entlohnen.<\/p>\n

Mit diesen Erfolgen zeigen wir einmal mehr: Gemeinsam und organisiert k\u00f6nnen wir echte Verbesserungen durchsetzen!<\/p>\n

Wir danken unseren gew\u00e4hlten Delegierten und allen Beteiligten f\u00fcr ihr Engagement und ihre Ausdauer. Der Kampf f\u00fcr gerechte Arbeitsbedingungen geht weiter \u2013 in jeder Gemeinde, f\u00fcr jede:n Kolleg:in!<\/p>\n
