L’OGBL se r\u00e9jouit d’annoncer une belle progression \u00e0 l\u2019occasion des \u00e9lections sociales qui se sont tenues chez Luxair et Luxcargo Handling. Pour rappel, en raison du transfert des activit\u00e9s du Cargo Center de Luxair vers la nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 LCH (Luxcargo Handling), survenu le 1er<\/sup> mai dernier, les \u00e9lections sociales y avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9es au 2 juillet pour garantir que ces deux grandes entreprises et leurs plus de 3 000 salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s puissent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une repr\u00e9sentation du personnel ad\u00e9quate au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

En obtenant 35% des si\u00e8ges chez Luxair, contre 25% en 2019, l’OGBL progresse bien au sein de la compagnie a\u00e9rienne luxembourgeoise \u00e0 l\u2019issue de ces \u00e9lections sociales. En effet, disposant en 2019 de 5 si\u00e8ges sur 20 dans l\u2019ancienne d\u00e9l\u00e9gation \u00e9lue pour l\u2019entit\u00e9 regroupant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque \u00e9galement le personnel du Cargo, l\u2019OGBL dispose d\u00e9sormais de 6 si\u00e8ges sur 17 au sein de la nouvelle d\u00e9l\u00e9gation Luxair. En ce qui concerne le personnel du Cargo, l\u2019OGBL obtient 40% des si\u00e8ges, soit une tr\u00e8s belle progression chez Luxcargo Handling !<\/p>\n

Avec ces r\u00e9sultats positifs, l’OGBL renforce ainsi sa position de grand syndicat dans le secteur de l\u2019aviation \u2014 un secteur strat\u00e9giquement incontournable pour le pays. Dans un contexte de n\u00e9gociation de la convention collective chez Luxair et de reprise du personnel du Cargo chez LCH, l\u2019OGBL se dit plus d\u00e9termin\u00e9 que jamais pour continuer de lutter pour de meilleurs salaires et de meilleures conditions de travail, ainsi que pour le renforcement des droits du personnel au sein des deux entit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
