Januar 2024 bis zum 31. Dezember 2025 Die wichtigsten Verbesserungen, die er mit sich bringt, sind folgende:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mit Ausnahme der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte im Unternehmen erhalten alle Arbeitnehmer Lohnerh\u00f6hungen:\n<ul>\n<li>ab dem 1. Juni 2024: +2% f\u00fcr manuelle Berufe und +4% f\u00fcr handwerkliche Berufe und andere Berufe im Unternehmen.<\/li>\n<li>ab dem 1. Juni 2025: +0,65% f\u00fcr manuelle Berufe und 1,65% f\u00fcr handwerkliche Berufe und andere Berufe im Unternehmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Alle Pr\u00e4mien f\u00fcr Bereitschaftsdienste werden angehoben:\n<ul>\n<li>f\u00fcr eine Nacht zwischen Montag und Freitag (18.30-07.30 Uhr): 40 Euro.<\/li>\n<li>f\u00fcr einen Samstag: 40 Euro<\/li>\n<li>f\u00fcr einen Sonntag: 80 Euro<\/li>\n<li>f\u00fcr einen Feiertag: 80 Euro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt von OGBL und LCGB,<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>am 6.
