(EWUB), die seit \u00fcber 45 Jahren in Luxemburg ans\u00e4ssig ist, betreffen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bank steht aufgrund des geopolitischen Kontexts im Zusammenhang mit dem Krieg in der Ukraine vor beispiellosen Herausforderungen. Die Gesch\u00e4ftsaktivit\u00e4ten der Bank konzentrieren sich in erheblichem Ma\u00dfe auf russischsprachige Kunden, die Verm\u00f6gensverwaltungs- und Transaktionsdienstleistungen erbringen. Um eine nachhaltige Existenz zu sichern und die Besch\u00e4ftigung so weit wie m\u00f6glich zu sch\u00fctzen, muss EWUB ihre Struktur, einschlie\u00dflich der Arbeitnehmerzahl, an den R\u00fcckgang der Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit und der Ertr\u00e4ge anpassen und durch Massenentlassungen Personal abbauen.<\/p>\n<p>Vor diesem f\u00fcr die Bank unsicheren Hintergrund waren die Verhandlungen zwischen den Gewerkschaften und dem Arbeitgeber angespannt, doch schlie\u00dflich wurde am 25. Oktober 2022 eine Einigung erzielt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Gewerkschaften, deren Priorit\u00e4t die Verteidigung und der Schutz der Interessen der betroffenen Arbeitnehmer ist, konnten soziale Begleitma\u00dfnahmen und extralegale Entsch\u00e4digungen f\u00fcr die betroffenen Arbeitnehmer durchsetzen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3141,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[52],"syndicat":[74],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
