Zur Erinnerung: CEBI Luxembourg S.A. ist ein Unternehmen, das sich auf die Herstellung von Teilen f\u00fcr die Automobilindustrie spezialisiert hat und seit 1976 in Steinsel ans\u00e4ssig ist. Das Unternehmen besch\u00e4ftigt 640 Arbeitnehmer.<\/p>\n<p>Trotz eines F\u00fchrungswechsels und eines konstruktiven Verhandlungsbeginns hat die CEBI-Direktion einen R\u00fcckzieher gemacht und die gegen\u00fcber dem OGBL, dem LCGB und der Personaldelegation eingegangenen Verpflichtungen in Bezug auf die Lohnentwicklung zur\u00fcckgenommen.<\/p>\n<p>Seit nunmehr 10 Jahren haben die Arbeitnehmer von CEBI keine kollektive Lohnerh\u00f6hung mehr erhalten. Es ist daher klar, dass die Hauptforderung der Belegschaft \u2013 und damit auch die Hauptforderung der Gewerkschaften und der Personaldelegation im Rahmen dieser Verhandlungen \u2013 in einer kollektiven Lohnerh\u00f6hung besteht. Es ist jedoch anzumerken, dass sich die Verhandlungskommission weitgehend dialogbereit zeigte und Kompromisse vorschlug, indem sie Schritte, auf die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung zu, ging.<\/p>\n<p>Die CEBI-Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung hatte Vorschl\u00e4ge zur Erf\u00fcllung dieser Forderung vorgelegt, die ein garantiertes Minimum \u00fcber die Laufzeit des KV (3 Jahre) beinhalteten. So schlug die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung vor, dass jedes Jahr im Dezember eine Lohnerh\u00f6hung stattfinden sollte, allerdings unter der Bedingung, dass innerhalb eines Beobachtungszeitraums von 12 Monaten (jeweils von Juli bis Juli) nur eine einzige Lohnindexierung stattfinden w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Erstaunen und Bitterkeit mussten die Gewerkschaften daher k\u00fcrzlich feststellen, dass die CEBI-Leitung ihren Vorschlag zur\u00fcckgenommen hat und nun zus\u00e4tzliche Bedingungen hinzuf\u00fcgt. Die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung will n\u00e4mlich keine Lohnerh\u00f6hung mehr vornehmen, wenn w\u00e4hrend des Beobachtungszeitraums:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>eine Indexierung und eine Erh\u00f6hung des sozialen Mindestlohns<\/li>\n<li>oder mehr als eine Indexierungsrate<\/li>\n<li>oder mehr als eine Erh\u00f6hung des sozialen Mindestlohns stattgefunden hat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mit diesen zus\u00e4tzlichen Bedingungen ist bereits jetzt klar, dass die Arbeitnehmer w\u00e4hrend der Laufzeit des KV keine kollektiven Lohnerh\u00f6hungen erhalten werden\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus bestraft die CEBI-F\u00fchrung, indem sie die Anpassung des sozialen Mindestlohns in ihren Vorschlag aufnimmt, die am st\u00e4rksten gef\u00e4hrdeten Arbeitnehmer.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser Vorschlag ist daher schlichtweg unannehmbar\u2026<\/p>\n<p>In den kommenden Tagen werden gewerkschaftliche Aktionen sowie Plenarsitzungen zur Information der Arbeitnehmer \u00fcber die Situation stattfinden.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL und vom LCGB<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>am 14 Juni 2022<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6072,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
