Februar 2022 einen Anhang zum sektoriellen Plan zur Aufrechterhaltung der Besch\u00e4ftigung (PAB) f\u00fcr private Ausbildungszentren unterzeichnet, um die Modalit\u00e4ten um weitere 4 Monate, d.h. vom 1. M\u00e4rz bis zum 30. Juni 2022, zu verl\u00e4ngern.<\/p>\n<p>Da der Sektor noch immer stark von der COVID-19-Pandemie betroffen und aufgrund der Hygienema\u00dfnahmen erheblich eingeschr\u00e4nkt ist, befindet er sich weiterhin in einer fragilen Situation ohne konkrete Aussicht auf eine Wiederaufnahme von Pr\u00e4senzschulungen.<\/p>\n<p>So haben die Gewerkschaften und die \u201eF\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Centres de Formations priv\u00e9s\u201c (FCF) einen PAB ausgehandelt, um Entlassungen und Schlie\u00dfungen durch folgende Ma\u00dfnahmen zu vermeiden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reiwillige Teilzeitarbeit,<\/li>\n<li>Kurzarbeit, angepasst an die Branche,<\/li>\n<li>Anpassungsvorruhestand,<\/li>\n<li>vor\u00fcbergehende Arbeitnehmer\u00fcberlassung,<\/li>\n<li>innerbetriebliche oder au\u00dferbetriebliche Fort- oder Ausbildungen, mit staatlich anerkannten Abschl\u00fcssen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ein \u00dcberwachungsausschuss ist f\u00fcr die periodische \u00dcberwachung der im Rahmen des PAB ergriffenen Ma\u00dfnahmen zust\u00e4ndig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL und vom LCGB <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 10.
