L\u2019OGBL, seul syndicat repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au sein de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel, et la direction de DSV ont sign\u00e9 une nouvelle convention collective de travail pour les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n

Lors de la reprise de Panalpina S.A. par le groupe DSV, le 18 ao\u00fbt 2019, la convention collective (CCT) existante avait \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions du transfert d\u2019entreprise dans le Code du travail. Au cours des n\u00e9gociations entam\u00e9es en avril 2021, les partenaires sociaux se sont mis d\u2019accord pour maintenir les avantages existants (p.ex. le 13e\u00a0<\/sup>mois ou les jours de cong\u00e9 d\u2019anciennet\u00e9). Le texte de la CCT a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 revu et adapt\u00e9 par rapport aux changements l\u00e9gaux intervenus entre-temps.<\/p>\n

De plus, l\u2019OGBL a n\u00e9goci\u00e9 un jour de cong\u00e9 annuel suppl\u00e9mentaire pour tous les salari\u00e9s et l\u2019introduction de certains nouveaux avantages, \u00e0 savoir le cadeau de mariage, de naissance et de d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite. Aussi, la direction a vers\u00e9 une prime de 500 euros aux salari\u00e9s pour la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021.<\/p>\n

La dur\u00e9e de la convention a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e \u00e0 deux ans, du 1er<\/sup> juillet 2021 au 30 juin 2023.<\/p>\n

L\u2019entreprise DSV, qui est install\u00e9e au Cargo Centre au Findel, emploie actuellement 75 salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
