<\/a><\/p>\nL\u2019OGBL se r\u00e9jouit de l\u2019accord trouv\u00e9 entre les gouvernements belge et luxembourgeois, portant la limite de tol\u00e9rance pour les jours travaill\u00e9s en dehors du Luxembourg pour les salari\u00e9s frontaliers belges \u00e0 34 jours par an. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une augmentation de 10 jours par rapport au seuil actuel. L\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur est pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 la fin des dispositions extraordinaires en lien avec le Covid-19, en 2022.<\/p>\n
Cela permettra notamment aux frontaliers r\u00e9sidant en Belgique de prester davantage de jours de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail dans leur pays de r\u00e9sidence sans avoir \u00e0 craindre un impact fiscal n\u00e9gatif, m\u00eame si le nouveau seuil reste inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la limite pr\u00e9vue au niveau de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (25% du temps de travail annuel).<\/p>\n
L\u2019OGBL esp\u00e8re que cet accord sera bient\u00f4t suivi d\u2019accords \u00e9quivalents avec la France et l\u2019Allemagne, et rappelle sa revendication d\u2019une harmonisation des trois seuils \u00e0 la hausse. Ceci afin d\u2019assurer que les m\u00eames r\u00e8gles s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s travaillant au Luxembourg, ind\u00e9pendamment de leur pays de r\u00e9sidence!<\/p>\n
