{"id":2840,"date":"2021-06-24T14:45:14","date_gmt":"2021-06-24T12:45:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/un-plan-de-maintien-dans-lemploi-sectoriel-pour-lhoreca"},"modified":"2023-06-01T11:43:25","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T09:43:25","slug":"un-plan-de-maintien-dans-lemploi-sectoriel-pour-lhoreca","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/un-plan-de-maintien-dans-lemploi-sectoriel-pour-lhoreca\/","title":{"rendered":"Un plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi sectoriel pour l\u2019Horeca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p><b>Suite \u00e0 la r\u00e9union du comit\u00e9 de conjoncture de ce 22 juin 2021, les partenaires sociaux ont donn\u00e9 un avis favorable au plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi pour le secteur Horeca qui attend d\u00e9sormais l\u2019accord du Conseil de gouvernement.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but du mois de juin, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration HORESCA ainsi que les syndicats repr\u00e9sentatifs au plan national OGBL et LCGB ont sign\u00e9 un plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi sectoriel pour les entreprises du secteur Horeca.<\/p>\n<p>Ce plan permettra aux entreprises en difficult\u00e9s de recourir au ch\u00f4mage partiel pour les salari\u00e9s et encadre certaines dispositions comme la formation ou le pr\u00eat de main d\u2019\u0153uvre. Les entreprises qui d\u00e9sirent profiter de ce plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi s\u2019engagent \u00e0 ne pas op\u00e9rer de licenciement pour raison \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p>Le taux retenu pour le ch\u00f4mage partiel est de 50% des heures totales, mais pour les entreprises pouvant justifier une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 plus importante, ce seuil de 50% pourra \u00eatre augment\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises membres de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration HORESCA peuvent donc appr\u00e9hender les prochains mois plus sereinement et pr\u00e9tendre au ch\u00f4mage partiel \u00e0 partir du mois de juillet et ce jusqu\u2019\u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la garantie d\u2019emploi pr\u00e9vue dans le plan, les salari\u00e9s du secteur peuvent, eux aussi, aborder les mois \u00e0 venir plus sereinement.<\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires sociaux se r\u00e9jouissent d\u2019un accord qui profite aux entreprises comme aux salari\u00e9s et tiennent \u00e0 souligner l\u2019esprit de dialogue social constructif et respectueux qui a marqu\u00e9 les n\u00e9gociations.<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par l\u2019OGBL, le LCGB et l\u2019HORESCA<br \/>\nle 24 juin 2021 <\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3361,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[48],"syndicat":[78],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
