{"id":2819,"date":"2021-05-07T14:26:28","date_gmt":"2021-05-07T12:26:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/un-accord-de-principe-a-pu-etre-trouve-in-extremis-chez-eurofoil"},"modified":"2023-06-02T11:12:38","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T09:12:38","slug":"un-accord-de-principe-a-pu-etre-trouve-in-extremis-chez-eurofoil","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/un-accord-de-principe-a-pu-etre-trouve-in-extremis-chez-eurofoil\/","title":{"rendered":"Un accord de principe a pu \u00eatre trouv\u00e9 in extremis chez Eurofoil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/IMG_5327.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-33638\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/IMG_5327-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5327\" width=\"700\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ce f\u00fbt un accouchement tr\u00e8s difficile, mais un accord de principe a finalement pu \u00eatre trouv\u00e9 <i>in extremis<\/i>, le 6 mai 2021 \u2014 au tout dernier jour de la proc\u00e9dure de conciliation \u2014 entre l\u2019OGBL et la direction d\u2019Eurofoil dans le cadre du conflit social qui les opposait depuis d\u00e9sormais un an.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, la direction d\u2019Eurofoil avait d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re la convention collective de travail dans l\u2019entreprise en vue de remettre massivement en cause les acquis de l\u2019ensemble de ses salari\u00e9s. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure des n\u00e9gociations, la direction avait ensuite recentr\u00e9 ses attaques, principalement sur les conditions de salaires et de travail des salari\u00e9s qui seraient nouvellement embauch\u00e9s dans l\u2019entreprise, pensant ainsi amadouer les salari\u00e9s actuels et leurs repr\u00e9sentants. Un pi\u00e8ge dans lequel les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise ne sont toutefois pas tomber, malgr\u00e9 une pression et des intimidations croissantes de la part de leur hi\u00e9rarchie au cours des derni\u00e8res semaines!<\/p>\n<p>Il aura finalement fallu, une nouvelle fois h\u00e9las, que l\u2019OGBL d\u00e9clenche sa proc\u00e9dure de gr\u00e8ve (les salari\u00e9s s\u2019\u00e9taient exprim\u00e9s \u00e0 plus de 90% en faveur de celle-ci au cours des derni\u00e8res semaines) pour que la direction, au dernier jour de la proc\u00e9dure de conciliation, revienne enfin sur sa position intransigeante et accepte la proposition de compromis avanc\u00e9 par l\u2019OGBL.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord de principe retenu par l\u2019OGBL et la direction d\u2019Eurofoil pr\u00e9voit, en premier lieu, de pr\u00e9server l\u2019ensemble des acquis de l\u2019ancienne convention collective de travail dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient actuellement les 240 salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise. A cela, vient s\u2019ajouter le versement d\u2019une prime de 500 euros \u00e0 chaque salari\u00e9, en 2021, en 2022 et en 2023.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord pr\u00e9voit ensuite d\u2019introduire des limitations strictes quant au recours \u00e0 la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre int\u00e9rimaire. L\u2019entreprise ne devrait ainsi plus pouvoir recourir qu\u2019\u00e0 20 int\u00e9rimaires non-qualifi\u00e9s et 10 int\u00e9rimaires qualifi\u00e9s en m\u00eame temps, ce qui viendrait diviser par deux le nombre de travailleurs int\u00e9rimaires auquel elle recourt actuellement.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord de principe pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement l\u2019obligation pour l\u2019entreprise de composer \u00e0 l\u2019avenir ses diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9quipes de base (=\u00e9quipe minimum) exclusivement avec des salari\u00e9s engag\u00e9s en CDI (des int\u00e9rimaires pourront venir s\u2019y ajouter, mais ne pourront pas en composer le socle).<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, l\u2019accord pr\u00e9voit d\u2019introduire de nouveaux \u00e9chelons \u00e0 la base de la grille salariale pour les salari\u00e9s non-qualifi\u00e9s qui seront embauch\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Leur avancement dans la grille salariale sera d\u00e9cid\u00e9, quant \u00e0 lui, conjointement entre la direction et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel. L\u2019accord pr\u00e9voit en outre que les salari\u00e9s nouvellement embauch\u00e9s ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas imm\u00e9diatement de tous les avantages de la convention collective, mais qu\u2019ils les acqui\u00e8rent n\u00e9anmoins progressivement (13<sup>e<\/sup> mois, p\u00e9cule de vacances, jours de cong\u00e9) \u2014 au plus tard au bout de 5 ans!<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord d\u00e9finitif devrait \u00eatre sign\u00e9 dans les prochains jours entre l\u2019OGBL et la direction d\u2019Eurofoil.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL tient d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 saluer le courage, la solidarit\u00e9 et la d\u00e9termination de l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s d\u2019Eurofoil tout au long de ce conflit, sans qui cet accord de principe n\u2019aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL continuera \u00e0 se battre pour chaque emploi, pour chaque existence!<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Transformation sur m\u00e9taux de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 7 mai 2021<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3381,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
