April 2021 unterzeichneten die OGBL und der LCGB einen sektoralen Plan zur Besch\u00e4ftigungssicherung (PME) f\u00fcr den privaten Bussektor.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl sich die meisten Busunternehmen vor COVID-19 in einer gesunden und soliden finanziellen Situation befanden, stehen sie jetzt vor einem beispiellosen Zusammenbruch des Gelegenheits- und Reiseverkehrs. Nach diesem fast vollst\u00e4ndigen Zusammenbruch des Tourismussektors wird der von den Sozialpartnern unterzeichnete PME dazu beitragen, negative Auswirkungen auf die Arbeitnehmer zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n<p>Der ausgehandelte sektorale PME ist in seiner Anwendung auf Arbeitnehmer beschr\u00e4nkt, die haupts\u00e4chlich im Gelegenheits- und Reisedienst besch\u00e4ftigt sind.<\/p>\n<p>Abgeschlossen f\u00fcr einen Zeitraum von 4 Monaten, d.h. vom 1. Mai 2021 bis zum 31.
