{"id":2787,"date":"2021-03-15T14:55:51","date_gmt":"2021-03-15T13:55:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/plan-social-signe-chez-mitsubishi-bank"},"modified":"2023-06-12T14:21:25","modified_gmt":"2023-06-12T12:21:25","slug":"plan-social-signe-chez-mitsubishi-bank","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/plan-social-signe-chez-mitsubishi-bank\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan social sign\u00e9 chez Mitsubishi Bank"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-33157 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/banque.jpg\" alt=\"banque\" width=\"250\" height=\"187\" \/>Ce lundi 15 mars 2021, l\u2019OGBL en tant que syndicat majoritaire au sein de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel, l\u2019ALEBA et le LCGB ont sign\u00e9 un plan social \u00e0 la banque Mitsubishi UFJ Investor Services &amp; Banking (Luxembourg) S.A, qui va impacter 16 salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La banque japonaise, qui compte 164 salari\u00e9s au Luxembourg, avait annonc\u00e9 son projet de licenciements collectifs suite \u00e0 la d\u00e9localisation de services et d\u2019op\u00e9rations de fonds vers d\u2019autres sites du groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9unions de n\u00e9gociations, le nombre de salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s par le plan social a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9duit de 22 \u00e0 16, principalement gr\u00e2ce au red\u00e9ploiement des salari\u00e9s en interne.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de ces n\u00e9gociations, qui se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es dans un climat constructif, les trois syndicats et les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel ont obtenu diverses mesures d\u2019accompagnement sociales et financi\u00e8res en faveur des salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 commun de l\u2019OGBL, l\u2019ALEBA et le LCGB<br \/>\nle 15 mars 2021<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3413,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[52],"syndicat":[74],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
