Celui-ci concerne, a priori, quelque 160 salari\u00e9s sur les\u00a0700 au total qui travaillent pour l\u2019entreprise. Les n\u00e9gociations de ce plan avaient d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 20 janvier dernier.<\/p>\n<p>Eurest est une entreprise de restauration collective appartenant au groupe Compass. Consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme vuln\u00e9rable, le secteur de la restauration collective est en effet particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9 par la crise sanitaire. La fermeture de certains sites, les restrictions sanitaires et le recours massif au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ont eu un impact consid\u00e9rable sur l\u2019activit\u00e9. Et un retour rapide \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 normale n\u2019est malheureusement pas \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir dans les mois \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord n\u00e9goci\u00e9, qui comprend \u00e9galement un volet de maintien dans l\u2019emploi afin de limiter les licenciements secs, notamment \u00e0 travers des pr\u00e9retraites-ajustement, pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement des indemnit\u00e9s extral\u00e9gales en cas de licenciement ainsi qu\u2019un budget pour la formation et\/ou la r\u00e9orientation professionnelle des personnes concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Une p\u00e9riode de quatre semaines doit d\u00e9sormais permettre la mise en \u0153uvre des mesures relevant du maintien dans l\u2019emploi (pr\u00e9retraite-ajustement, r\u00e9duction volontaire du temps de travail, mobilit\u00e9 interne).
