\"batiment_rbc_is_luxembourg\"<\/a>L\u2019OGBL et le LCGB informent qu\u2019en date du 22 janvier 2021, un accord pour l\u2019extension du plan social sign\u00e9 en date du 13 d\u00e9cembre 2019 a pu \u00eatre trouv\u00e9 pour les salari\u00e9s de la banque canadienne RBC. RBC Luxembourg, qui occupe actuellement 1.000 salari\u00e9s au Luxembourg, avait demand\u00e9 l\u2019extension du plan social expirant le 31 janvier 2021 pour 43 salari\u00e9s suite \u00e0 des retards concernant le plan de restructuration de la banque.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s de nombreux \u00e9changes entre la direction et les syndicats, un accord sur l\u2019extension du plan social de RBC a enfin \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des 43 salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s. En effet, afin de garantir un traitement \u00e9quitable et ne pas faire d\u00e9faut aux salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, l\u2019OGBL et le LCGB ont conjointement exig\u00e9 que les salari\u00e9s, qui auraient trouv\u00e9 un nouvel emploi avant la notification de leur licenciement, puissent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0 100% des indemnit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res l\u00e9gales et extral\u00e9gales du plan social.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance de l\u2019OGBL et du LCGB, la direction de RBC a accept\u00e9 la revendication, qui a permis la signature de l\u2019extension du plan social jusqu\u2019au 30 avril 2021.<\/p>\n
