{"id":2747,"date":"2021-01-13T11:18:44","date_gmt":"2021-01-13T10:18:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/nouvelle-cct-chez-hyosung-luxembourg"},"modified":"2023-06-02T13:14:03","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T11:14:03","slug":"nouvelle-cct-chez-hyosung-luxembourg","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/nouvelle-cct-chez-hyosung-luxembourg\/","title":{"rendered":"Nouvelle CCT chez Hyosung Luxembourg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10375 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/hyosung.jpg\" alt=\"hyosung\" width=\"248\" height=\"150\" \/>En date du 11 janvier 2021, l\u2019OGBL et le LCGB ont pu trouver un accord avec la direction pour une nouvelle convention collective pour les 121 salari\u00e9s de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 HYOSUNG LUXEMBOURG \u00e0 Colmar-Berg, producteur de toile textile de renforcement pour l\u2019industrie du pneumatique.<\/p>\n<p>La convention, valable pour une dur\u00e9e de 2 ans, reprend les avantages suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le maintien de l\u2019enveloppe budg\u00e9taire annuelle de 0,3 % de la masse salariale pour augmentations individuelles ;<\/li>\n<li>une augmentation salariale en 2022 de 0,30 \u20ac \/ heure ;<\/li>\n<li>1 jour de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire pour 35 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019introduction d\u2019un texte pour la proc\u00e9dure de la prime de salissure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les n\u00e9gociations se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es constructivement et dans un bon dialogue social.<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 le 12 janvier 2021<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3450,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
