La dur\u00e9e de validit\u00e9 du PME est de 2\u00a0ans.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le retrait du projet de plan social le 9 juillet dernier et suite \u00e0 plusieurs semaines suppl\u00e9mentaires de n\u00e9gociation, les partenaires sociaux se sont mis d\u2019accord sur un PME qui contient une s\u00e9rie de mesures permettant \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise de poursuivre son processus de restructuration \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, tout en \u00e9vitant de recourir \u00e0 des licenciements collectifs.<\/p>\n<p>Sous r\u00e9serve de l\u2019approbation par les instances officielles, des mesures sociales telles que la pr\u00e9retraite-ajustement, un budget formation en vue d\u2019un potentiel r\u00e9emploi externe ainsi qu\u2019un programme de red\u00e9ploiement interne vers des postes vacants (actuels et futurs) au sein des diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s de SES seront mises en place.<\/p>\n<p>La direction de SES fera \u00e9galement les d\u00e9marches administratives n\u00e9cessaires afin que les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s puissent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de mesures de soutien \u00e9tatiques comme l\u2019aide temporaire au r\u00e9emploi et l\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019embauche.<\/p>\n<p>La mise en \u0153uvre du PME et l\u2019application des mesures n\u00e9goci\u00e9es sera assur\u00e9e par un comit\u00e9 de suivi, compos\u00e9 par des membres des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations signataires et des membres de la direction, qui se r\u00e9unira de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats OGBL et LCGB ainsi que les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel resteront \u00e9videmment \u00e0 l\u2019enti\u00e8re disposition des salari\u00e9s afin de les accompagner tout au long de la dur\u00e9e d\u2019application du PME.<b><i><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Services et Energie de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 5 ao\u00fbt 2020<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3532,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[54],"syndicat":[73],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
