Januar 2020 haben die beiden repr\u00e4sentativen Gewerkschaften OGBL und LCGB, gemeinsam mit der FLEAA, den erneuerten Kollektivvertrag f\u00fcr das mobile und das ortsgebundene technische Personal der privaten Busunternehmen unterschrieben.<\/p>\n<p>Der erneuerte Kollektivvertrag tritt am 1. Februar 2020 in Kraft und l\u00e4uft am 1. Februar 2023 aus.<\/p>\n<p>Die 3400 in der Branche t\u00e4tigen Besch\u00e4ftigten werden unter anderem von folgenden Verbesserungen profitieren k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lohnerh\u00f6hung von 2% \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von 3 Jahren (1,0 + 0,5 + 0,5) f\u00fcr F\u00fchrerscheinklassen D und D1.<\/li>\n<li>Lohnerh\u00f6hung von 2,5% ab Inkrafttreten des Kollektivvertrags f\u00fcr F\u00fchrerscheinklasse B, technisches Personal mit DAP (CATP) und technisches Personal, dessen T\u00e4tigkeiten keines DAPs bed\u00fcrfen.<\/li>\n<li>Erweiterung der Gehaltstabelle f\u00fcr F\u00fchrerscheinklasse D1: 13. &amp; 14. Jahr (+20\u20ac), 15. Jahr (+20\u20ac).<\/li>\n<li>Erweiterung der Gehaltstabelle f\u00fcr F\u00fchrerscheinklasse B\u00a0: 10., 11. &amp; 12. Jahr (+20\u20ac), 13. &amp; 14. Jahr (+20\u20ac), 15. Jahr (+20\u20ac).<\/li>\n<li>Verbesserung des Ausgleichsurlaubs, wenn w\u00f6chtentliche Ruhepausen von 45 Stunden nicht eingehalten werden:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>1-6 Mal<\/td>\n<td>1 Tag<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>7-14 Mal<\/td>\n<td>2 Tage<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>15-21 Mal<\/td>\n<td>3 Tage<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>22-28 Mal<\/td>\n<td>4 Tage<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>29-35 Mal<\/td>\n<td>5 Tage<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>35+ Mal<\/td>\n<td>6 Tage<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ul>\n<li>Anerkennung aller ohne Unterbrechung und in der gleichen Funktion in der vom Kollektivvertrag abgedeckten Branche geleisteten Dienstjahre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Stra\u00dfentransport\/ACAL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 31.
