{"id":2517,"date":"2019-11-18T14:28:08","date_gmt":"2019-11-18T13:28:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/laccord-collectif-de-travail-encore-ameliore"},"modified":"2023-06-16T12:41:36","modified_gmt":"2023-06-16T10:41:36","slug":"laccord-collectif-de-travail-encore-ameliore","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/laccord-collectif-de-travail-encore-ameliore\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019accord collectif de travail encore am\u00e9lior\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p>En date du 12 novembre 2019, l\u2019OGBL, seul syndicat repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au sein de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel, et la direction du Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH) ont sign\u00e9 le renouvellement de l\u2019accord collectif de travail (ACT) pour les salari\u00e9s du LIH, qui est un accord subordonn\u00e9 de la convention-cadre des centres de recherche publics. L\u2019accord s\u2019applique \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du personnel du LIH, y compris les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019IBBL (Integrated Biobank of Luxembourg).<\/p>\n<p>Les n\u00e9gociations pour le renouvellement, qui, apr\u00e8s des d\u00e9buts difficiles, se sont globalement d\u00e9roul\u00e9es dans un climat plus constructif que par le pass\u00e9, ont abouti \u00e0 un certain nombre d\u2019am\u00e9liorations de l\u2019accord collectif, en pr\u00e9voyant notamment les mesures suivantes:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 R\u00e9vision de la cartographie des carri\u00e8res et salaires avec effet au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2020 pour disposer d\u2019une grille plus coh\u00e9rente et permettre des chevauchements entre paliers d\u2019expertise. La r\u00e9vision de la cartographie implique des augmentations salariales pour 42 personnes, dont le salaire \u00e9tait au minimum de leur palier, et d\u00e9bloque aussi un certain nombre de salari\u00e9s arriv\u00e9s au maximum de leur palier en augmentant les maxima de 8 des 10 paliers.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Introduction d\u2019un niveau d\u2019entr\u00e9e plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 (palier 3.1.) pour les chercheurs qui ont un \u00abPhD\u00bb.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/IMG_0247.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/IMG_0247.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0247\" width=\"350\" height=\"231\" \/><\/a>Extension du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du 13<sup>e<\/sup> mois aux \u00abpost-doctoral fellows\u00bb en CDD.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ajout d\u2019un troisi\u00e8me niveau de salaire apr\u00e8s 4 ans pour les \u00abpost-doctoral fellows\u00bb.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 R\u00e9vision des dispositions relatives \u00e0 la promotion en interne, \u00e0 la valorisation des salari\u00e9s ayant eu trois \u00e9valuations \u00abexcellentes\u00bb de suite (r\u00e8gle des trois ann\u00e9es d\u2019excellence) et du bonus annuel.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Introduction de la pr\u00e9retraite progressive.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ajout d\u2019un jour de cong\u00e9 pour les salari\u00e9s \u00e2g\u00e9s de plus de 55 ans.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Introduction d\u2019une prime pour le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019un brevet.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Actions pr\u00e9ventives contribuant \u00e0 la promotion du bien-\u00eatre et de la sant\u00e9 au travail.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Possibilit\u00e9 de travailler sur les diff\u00e9rents sites.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 En raison de la gratuit\u00e9 des transports publics, l\u2019enveloppe budg\u00e9taire pr\u00e9vue initialement pour le M-Pass sera utilis\u00e9e pour d\u2019autres mesures visant \u00e0 favoriser la mobilit\u00e9 durable, \u00e0 convenir d\u2019un commun accord avec la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mise en place de groupes de travail paritaires en vue de la mise en place d\u2019un compte \u00e9pargne-temps et d\u2019une pension compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Les autres acquis extral\u00e9gaux de l\u2019ACT restent inchang\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord collectif est conclu pour une dur\u00e9e de deux ans, \u00e0 savoir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2019 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2020.<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Education et Sciences de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 18 novembre 2019 \u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3658,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[49],"syndicat":[77],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
