\"delphi\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Les salari\u00e9s du site Delphi Technologies, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Bascharage, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s le 31 octobre d\u2019un plan de restructuration global qui touche plusieurs sites au niveau mondial.<\/p>\n

Le site de Delphi au Luxembourg s\u2019appr\u00eate donc \u00e0 f\u00eater, en 2021, ses 50 ans d\u2019existence, sous de funestes auspices\u2026 Ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s est la disparation quasi compl\u00e8te, dans les 2 ans \u00e0 venir, de la division \u00abFuel Injection System\u00bb (FIS) et de la division composantes (PTP). Les activit\u00e9s seront principalement d\u00e9plac\u00e9es vers d\u2019autres sites, notamment vers celui de Blois (France). La partie E&E (Electronics and Electrification) sera \u00e9pargn\u00e9e et aura un avenir au Grand-Duch\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Cela signifie donc que plus de la moiti\u00e9 des emplois directs au Luxembourg risquent d\u2019\u00eatre menac\u00e9s \u00e0 court et moyen terme!<\/p>\n

Le groupe Delphi emploie actuellement plus de 500 salari\u00e9s au Luxembourg. L\u2019OGBL est choqu\u00e9 par cette annonce de r\u00e9duction massive du nombre d\u2019emplois au Luxembourg d\u2019ici 2021.<\/p>\n

A ces tr\u00e8s nombreux emplois directs, il faut \u00e9galement ajouter plusieurs dizaines d\u2019emplois indirects (sous-traitants travaillant sur le site) et autres fournisseurs externes.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL \u2013 seul syndicat signataire de la convention collective de travail du groupe \u2013 \u00a0et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel avaient n\u00e9anmoins anticip\u00e9 ces annonces en demandant l\u2019ouverture de discussions pour un plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n

Un plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi s\u2019av\u00e8re en effet la seule et unique solution valable. L\u2019OGBL revendique que tous les moyens l\u00e9gaux \u00e0 disposition (reconversions, transferts, pr\u00e9retraites\u2026) soient pleinement utilis\u00e9s, en premier lieu en vue d\u2019\u00e9viter des licenciements secs. Toute autre alternative n\u2019est pas envisageable!<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL observe par ailleurs avec beaucoup d\u2019amertume que les d\u00e9cideurs de telles mesures de restructuration \u2013 qui plongent les salari\u00e9s dans l\u2019incertitude et la peur \u2013 se trouvent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et que les aspects attractifs et comp\u00e9titifs du site au Luxembourg sont trop souvent et largement ignor\u00e9s ou m\u00eame pass\u00e9s sous silence.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019agit ici, apr\u00e8s l\u2019annonce de la fermeture d\u00e9finitive des diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s du groupe Mahle au Luxembourg la semaine derni\u00e8re, de la deuxi\u00e8me annonce d\u00e9sastreuse dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9quipement et de la recherche automobile au Luxembourg.<\/p>\n

Ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements soulignent l\u2019importance des revendications de l\u2019OGBL pour une am\u00e9lioration et un renforcement de la l\u00e9gislation en mati\u00e8re de protection de l\u2019emploi et de s\u00e9curisation des parcours professionnels.<\/p>\n
