{"id":24814,"date":"2024-03-08T14:45:09","date_gmt":"2024-03-08T13:45:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=24814"},"modified":"2024-03-14T10:01:31","modified_gmt":"2024-03-14T09:01:31","slug":"une-convention-collective-pour-neimenster","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/une-convention-collective-pour-neimenster\/","title":{"rendered":"Ein Kollektivvertrag f\u00fcr neim\u00ebnster"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Unterzeichnung eines ersten Kollektivvertrags f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer*innen von neim\u00ebnster garantiert den Fortbestand der sozialen Errungenschaften und bringt zus\u00e4tzliche Verg\u00fcnstigungen.<\/p>\n<p>In einem ruhigen Arbeitsklima und im st\u00e4ndigen Bem\u00fchen um einen konstruktiven Sozialdialog wurde am 9. Februar 2024 zwischen den Vertretern des OGBL und des Centre Culturel de Rencontre Abbaye Neum\u00fcnster &#8211; kurz neim\u00ebnster &#8211; ein erster Kollektivvertrag unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Der vom Kulturministerium und vom Regierungsrat gutgehei\u00dfene Kollektivvertrag, der f\u00fcr eine Laufzeit von drei Jahren (1. Januar 2024 bis 31. Dezember 2026) unterzeichnet wurde, beinhaltet unter anderem folgende Leistungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wertsteigerung der Essensschecks von 10,80 \u20ac auf 15 \u20ac pro Scheck;<\/li>\n<li>Anpassung der Gehaltstabelle: Erh\u00f6hung der Gehaltsstufen von 0,7% auf 1%, bzw. von 0,5% auf 0,7% je nach Gruppe, mit Neueinstufung der Arbeitnehmer*innen in die n\u00e4chsth\u00f6here Gehaltsstufe ;<\/li>\n<li>r\u00fcckwirkende Einf\u00fchrung einer Dienstalterszulage:\n<ul>\n<li>1000 \u20ac f\u00fcr 10 Dienstjahre,<\/li>\n<li>2000 \u20ac f\u00fcr 20 Dienstjahre,,<\/li>\n<li>3000 \u20ac f\u00fcr 30 Jahre Dienstzeit;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Einf\u00fchrung von 2 zus\u00e4tzlichen Urlaubstagen f\u00fcr Arbeitnehmer*innen ab 60 Jahren;<\/li>\n<li>Einf\u00fchrung eines Rechts auf Abschalten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die zuvor erworbenen Vorteile, wie z.B. ein 13. Monatsgehalt, Familienzulagen und zus\u00e4tzlicher altersabh\u00e4ngiger Urlaub, wurden selbstverst\u00e4ndlich in den neuen Kollektivvertrag \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n<p>Beide Vertragsparteien begr\u00fc\u00dfen die erzielte Einigung, die die derzeitigen Arbeitsbedingungen aller Arbeitnehmer*innen verbessert und es n\u00ebimenster erm\u00f6glicht, seine Attraktivit\u00e4t als Arbeitgeber im Bereich der Kultureinrichtungen des Gro\u00dfherzogtums zu steigern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL und dem Centre Culturel de Rencontre Abbaye Neum\u00fcnster am 8.
