{"id":2469,"date":"2019-06-21T13:57:40","date_gmt":"2019-06-21T11:57:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-43"},"modified":"2023-06-02T13:21:32","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T11:21:32","slug":"renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-43","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/renouvellement-de-la-convention-collective-43\/","title":{"rendered":"Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/19_06_19-Photo-Signature-CC-Goodyear.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-28559 alignnone\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/19_06_19-Photo-Signature-CC-Goodyear-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"19_06_19 Photo Signature CC Goodyear\" width=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Im Anschluss an Verhandlungen, die \u00fcber mehrere Monate in einer gelassenen und konstruktiven Stimmung abliefen, hat die Verhandlungsgruppe, zusammengesetzt aus 2 Rechtstr\u00e4gern der Goodyear-Gruppe Luxemburg sowie den Gewerkschaften OGBL und LCGB, ein Kollektivvertragsabkommen f\u00fcr die Jahre 2019, 2020 und 2021 unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Abkommen, das fast 3500 Arbeitnehmer betrifft, enth\u00e4lt folgende Hauptma\u00dfnahmen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eine Erh\u00f6hung um 35\u20ac f\u00fcr alle im Januar 2020<\/li>\n<li>Eine Erh\u00f6hung um 35\u20ac f\u00fcr alle im Oktober 2021<\/li>\n<li>Eine zus\u00e4tzliche Erh\u00f6hung von 25\u20ac im Dezember 2021, wenn keine Indextranche zwischen dem 01.01.21 und dem 30.11.21 f\u00e4llig wird.<\/li>\n<li>Das Gesamtbudget f\u00fcr die Stundenl\u00f6hner wird um 0,3 bis 0,5% erh\u00f6ht.<\/li>\n<li>Der Lohn der Neueingestellten wird ab Juli 2019 wiederaufgewertet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das Abkommen enth\u00e4lt auch Ma\u00dfnahmen, um die Arbeitsbedingungen zu modernisieren. Eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer sowie f\u00fcr den Arbeitgeber wird angeboten durch die Einf\u00fchrung von L\u00f6sungen wie Telearbeit und ein Vorschlag einer besseren Laufbahnverwaltung mit Hilfe der \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Stellenebenen und der Lohntabellen. Die Arbeitnehmervertreter haben auch an der Verbesserung des Bewertungssystems der Stundenl\u00f6hner mitgewirkt.<\/p>\n<p>Ein zusammenh\u00e4ngender Text, der sp\u00e4terhin an s\u00e4mtliche Arbeitnehmer ausgeteilt wird, wird so schnell wie m\u00f6glich ausgearbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3702,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
