Er hat Druck gemacht, um diese Forderung durchzusetzen.<\/p>\n<p>In der Tat wurde der gesetzliche Urlaub seit &#8230; 1975 nicht mehr angepasst.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kampagne des OGBL hat nun eine erste Verbesserung f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer gebracht: So hat die Abgeordnetenkammer am 27. M\u00e4rz 2019 das neue Gesetz verabschiedet, das die Anzahl der Jahresurlaubstage auf 26 Tage erh\u00f6ht und einen neuen gesetzlichen Feiertag einf\u00fchrt &#8211; n\u00e4mlich den 9. Mai, den Europatag.<\/p>\n<p>Der neue gesetzliche Feiertag wird bereits 2019 gelten. Alle Arbeitnehmer werden davon profitieren.<\/p>\n<p>Der bezahlte Jahresurlaub der Arbeitnehmer wird von 25 auf 26 Arbeitstage pro Jahr erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Erh\u00f6hung kommt allen Besch\u00e4ftigten zugute, die derzeit nur Anrecht auf 25 Tage Urlaube haben, sowie den Arbeitnehmern, die unter einen Tarifvertrag fallen, insofern dieser angibt, dass sie Anspruch auf die gesetzliche Mindestanzahl von Arbeitstagen sowie eine bestimmte Anzahl weiterer Tage haben.<\/p>\n<p>Die OGBL begr\u00fc\u00dft diese Ma\u00dfnahmen, die jedoch nur ein erster Schritt in Richtung der 6.
