L\u2019entreprise de construction B2TP LUX S.A.R.L., dont le si\u00e8ge \u00e9tait situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Bertrange, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9e en faillite le 7 mars dernier.<\/p>\n

L\u2019OGBL accompagnait depuis la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018 d\u00e9j\u00e0, la situation turbulente que les quelque 20 salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise traversaient, avec des salaires et primes qui n\u2019\u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus pay\u00e9s qu\u2019en partie, la plupart du temps en retard, ou bien tout simplement plus vers\u00e9s du tout.<\/p>\n

L\u2019entreprise ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9e en faillite, le syndicat B\u00e2timent de l\u2019OGBL organise \u00e0 l\u2019attention des salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, une r\u00e9union le mercredi, 13 mars \u00e0 14h30, dans ses locaux \u00e0 Esch-sur-Alzette (60, boulevard J.F. Kennedy), afin de les informer de leurs droits et pour proc\u00e9der aux d\u00e9marches administratives n\u00e9cessaires (d\u00e9clarations de cr\u00e9ance, etc.).<\/p>\n
