Derzeit ist dies nur f\u00fcr etwa die H\u00e4lfte der Besch\u00e4ftigten in Luxemburg der Fall.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Tarifvertrag, in Luxemburg auch Kollektivvertrag (KV) genannt, wird zwischen einer repr\u00e4sentativen Gewerkschaft und einem Unternehmen, oder einer Gruppe von Unternehmen, die im gleichen Wirtschaftssektor t\u00e4tig sind, abgeschlossen und regelt die Arbeitsbeziehungen und -bedingungen f\u00fcr die im Betrieb oder Sektor arbeitenden abh\u00e4ngig Besch\u00e4ftigten. Ein KV bedeutet f\u00fcr die betroffenen Arbeitnehmer eine Verbesserung ihrer Arbeits- und Lohnbedingungen und in der Regel auch eine bessere \u201eWork-Life-Balance\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bessere Arbeits- und Lohnbedingungen<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Der wichtigste Zweck eines KV ist es, den Besch\u00e4ftigten Bedingungen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, die \u00fcber die gesetzlichen Mindeststandards hinausgehen, also z.B. L\u00f6hne, die \u00fcber dem Mindestlohn liegen, sowie eine kontinuierliche und automatische Lohnentwicklung.<\/p>\n<p>In Luxemburg ist nur eine <i>repr\u00e4sentative <\/i>Gewerkschaft befugt, einen KV auszuhandeln und abzuschlie\u00dfen. Die Repr\u00e4sentativit\u00e4t ist gesetzlich festgelegt und kann sowohl f\u00fcr alle Wirtschaftssektoren als auch nur f\u00fcr einen besonders wichtigen Sektor gew\u00e4hrt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Zurzeit sind nur zwei Gewerkschaften als repr\u00e4sentativ f\u00fcr alle Wirtschaftsbranchen anerkannt. Von diesen ist der OGBL durch alle Branchen hindurch mehrheitlich federf\u00fchrend, ist die mitgliederst\u00e4rkste Gewerkschaft, genie\u00dft durch seine 15 Branchengewerkschaften die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Durchsetzungsf\u00e4higkeit und ist dezentral in allen Teilen des Landes und der Grenzregion vertreten. Der OGBL verhandelt derzeit \u00fcber 200 Kollektivvertr\u00e4ge.<\/p>\n<p><b>Stimmen Sie f\u00fcr Ihr Interesse und dasjenige Ihrer Arbeitskollegen!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Liebe Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer: Wenn Sie in einem Betrieb in Luxemburg arbeiten, in dem 15 oder mehr Arbeitnehmer besch\u00e4ftigt sind, werden Sie am kommenden 12. M\u00e4rz aufgefordert werden, an der Wahl Ihrer Personaldelegierten teilzunehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Falls Sie in einem Betrieb arbeiten, in dem zwischen 15 und 99 Arbeitnehmer besch\u00e4ftigt sind, dann wird nur eine einzige Kandidatenliste aufgestellt. Erkundigen Sie sich also wer von den Kandidaten im OGBL engagiert ist und geben Sie diesem\/n Kandidaten Ihre Stimme.<\/p>\n<p>Falls Sie in einem Betrieb arbeiten in dem 100 oder mehr Arbeitnehmer besch\u00e4ftigt sind, dann w\u00e4hlen Sie bitte f\u00fcr die OGBL-Liste, Liste 1.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL ist f\u00fcr seine Entschlossenheit bekannt und daf\u00fcr, seit Jahrzehnten in Luxemburg die bestm\u00f6glichen Ergebnisse f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer zu erringen, sei es auf Betriebsebene, sei es auf Landesebene, in der Auseinandersetzung mit der Regierung und dem Arbeitgeberverband.
