{"id":2406,"date":"2018-11-26T10:46:01","date_gmt":"2018-11-26T09:46:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/logbl-revendique-que-post-luxembourg-renoue-avec-les-standards-salariaux-des-services-publics"},"modified":"2023-06-02T10:16:57","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T08:16:57","slug":"logbl-revendique-que-post-luxembourg-renoue-avec-les-standards-salariaux-des-services-publics","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/logbl-revendique-que-post-luxembourg-renoue-avec-les-standards-salariaux-des-services-publics\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019OGBL revendique que Post Luxembourg renoue avec les standards salariaux des services publics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-23282 alignleft\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/post_lux.jpg\" alt=\"post_lux\" width=\"300\" height=\"158\" \/>Avec la signature, le 5 novembre 2018, d\u2019un avenant \u00e0 la convention collective de travail (CCT) de Post Luxembourg faisant enfin b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier tous les salari\u00e9s de la hausse lin\u00e9aire de 1,5% d\u00e9j\u00e0 appliqu\u00e9e dans la fonction publique depuis 2018, le dernier \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la CCT \u00ab2.0\u00bb du 6 ao\u00fbt 2016 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement transpos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La transposition de ce dernier point a permis aux syndicats de d\u00e9noncer cet accord, afin d\u2019entamer de nouvelles n\u00e9gociations salariales pour les salari\u00e9s de Post Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats contractants ont rencontr\u00e9 la direction de Post Luxembourg le 21 novembre 2018 afin de pr\u00e9senter leur catalogue de revendications. La direction de Post Luxembourg a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son catalogue de revendications, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une nouveaut\u00e9 chez Post Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>Le catalogue des syndicats comprend 8 revendications, portant avant tout sur une am\u00e9lioration nette des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations, un encadrement du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, l\u2019application d\u2019un compte \u00e9pargne-temps et d\u2019un droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion.<\/p>\n<p>Celui du patronat en contient 7, s\u2019axant sur les horaires de travail, les cong\u00e9s extraordinaires, une r\u00e9vision du m\u00e9canisme de l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la performance et naturellement une r\u00e9vision de la grille de salaire. La direction n\u2019a cependant pas d\u00e9taill\u00e9 ses revendications.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL tient \u00e0 rappeler qu\u2019il est urgent de redresser les conditions salariales des salari\u00e9s de Post Luxembourg. En effet, la premi\u00e8re CCT de Post Luxembourg, n\u00e9goci\u00e9e en 2013 sous la comp\u00e9tence du LCGB majoritaire \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0, a ent\u00e9rin\u00e9 la d\u00e9connexion des conditions salariales et des m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations de Post Luxembourg de celles en vigueur dans la fonction publique.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration massive des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations des salari\u00e9s a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une baisse allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 -45%. L\u2019OGBL a cependant r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 sauvegarder non seulement les conditions salariales des salari\u00e9s de l\u2019Etat employ\u00e9s au sein de Post Luxembourg, mais aussi leur statut de salari\u00e9s de l\u2019Etat. L\u2019OGBL a \u00e9galement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 s\u00e9curiser la situation de nombreux salari\u00e9s int\u00e9rimaires engag\u00e9s \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque par Post Luxembourg, cette derni\u00e8re s\u2019\u00e9tant engag\u00e9e \u00e0 embaucher d\u00e9finitivement les int\u00e9rimaires sous Contrat \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e (CDI).<\/p>\n<p>Alors que les explications de la direction de Post Luxembourg, le 21 novembre 2018, quant \u00e0 leur revendication de r\u00e9viser la grille actuelle de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration sont rest\u00e9es flous, l\u2019OGBL craint que la direction pense \u00e0 introduire un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e0 la carte et suivant ses d\u00e9sirs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL rappelle que la moiti\u00e9 du personnel chez Post Luxembourg rev\u00eat un statut public b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant des conditions de la fonction publique ou des salari\u00e9s de l\u2019Etat. L\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale actuelle entre les diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories du personnel doit \u00eatre abolie et non aggrav\u00e9e!<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019OGBL, Post Luxembourg garde le caract\u00e8re d\u2019un service public ceci d\u2019autant plus que l\u2019Etat en est le principal actionnaire.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL demande \u00e0 l\u2019Etat de lib\u00e9rer Post Luxembourg du carcan id\u00e9ologique du n\u00e9o-lib\u00e9ralisme ou seul le profit et la maximisation des revenus de quelques-uns comptent et de revenir \u00e0 une logique de service d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et public.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL d\u00e9nonce tout dumping social au sein de Post Luxembourg organis\u00e9 par l\u2019Etat au sein de l\u2019Etat!<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OGBL revendique le r\u00e9tablissement de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale et de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des conditions de travail chez Post Luxembourg!<\/p>\n<p>Les conditions salariales et de travail de tous les salari\u00e9s de Post Luxembourg doivent enfin renouer avec celles en vigueur dans la fonction publique!<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Services publics de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 23 novembre 2018<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3754,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[53],"syndicat":[71],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
