Juni wurde ein neuer Kollektivvertrag f\u00fcr die Luxair-Gruppe zwischen der Luxair-Direktion und den Gewerkschaften OGBL und NGL-SNEP unterschrieben. Diese ist g\u00fcltig vom 30. Juni 2018 bis zum 31. Dezember 2020.<\/p>\n<p>OGBL und NGL-SNEP bedauern, dass die Kollegen des LCGB das Mandat ihrer Mitglieder nicht bekommen haben, diesen Vertrag zu unterschreiben. Die Neuerungen haben allerdings nur zu Verbesserungen f\u00fcr das Personal gef\u00fchrt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lineare Erh\u00f6hung von 30 Euro f\u00fcr jede Lohnstufe ab dem 1. Januar 2019<\/li>\n<li>Auszahlung einer einmaligen Pr\u00e4mie von 600 Euro zum 1. Januar 2020<\/li>\n<li>Auszahlung des 13. Monatsgehalts zu 100 % am Ende des 4. Dienstjahres (Statt bisher 5 Jahre)\n<ul>\n<li>ab dem 2. Dienstjahr: 33 % statt 25 %<\/li>\n<li>ab dem 3. Dienstjahr: 66 % statt 50 %<\/li>\n<li>ab dem 4. Dienstjahr: 100 % statt 75 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung s\u00e4mtlicher Tabellen in den 3 Lohntabellen (-3; -2 und -1)<\/li>\n<li>Um\u00e4nderung des Artikels 31.4 und nur umsetzbar f\u00fcr alle Arbeitnehmer die nach der Unterzeichnung des Kollektivvertrages eingestellt wurden.<\/li>\n<li>Gewinnbeteiligungspr\u00e4mie: der gleiche Betrag wird an alle Arbeitnehmer \u00fcberwiesen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus verpflichtet sich das Unternehmen bis Ende des 3. Trimesters 2018 an einer L\u00f6sung zu arbeiten, um eine angepasste Essensbestellung und \u2013verteilung f\u00fcr die Besatzungsmitglieder einzuf\u00fchren. Gleichzeitig wird das Unternehmen mit dem beauftragten Zulieferer der Restaurationspunkte Verhandlungen f\u00fchren, um eine L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr das Flughafenpersonal zu finden. Die Direktion verpflichtet sich ebenfalls f\u00fcr eine Qualit\u00e4tsverbesserung der Verkaufsautomaten in Erwartung eine passende L\u00f6sung zu finden.<\/p>\n<p>Alle anderen Artikel bleiben unver\u00e4ndert<\/p>\n<p>Es gilt schlie\u00dflich zu vermerken, dass der Generaldirektor sowie sein gesamtes Team sich formell dazu verpflichtet haben, die Arbeitsbedingungen des Flugpersonals zu verbessern. Die Gewerkschaften haben nachdr\u00fccklich betont, dass die Generaldirektion verantwortlich ist f\u00fcr das Erm\u00fcdungsrisiko der Besatzungen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Direktion ist sich ihrer Verantwortung bewusst, und erkl\u00e4rt, die M\u00fcdigkeit der Besatzungen so weit wie m\u00f6glich reduzieren zu wollen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL und vom NGL-SNEP<br \/>\nam 28.
