Faber, Konkurs angemeldet und seit heute steht der Betrieb still. Faber Digital Solutions war insbesondere im digitalen Druck, im kommerziellen Mailing, in der Ausarbeitung von Webseiten und Apps t\u00e4tig. Au\u00dferdem besa\u00df der Betrieb seit 2007 die Genehmigung f\u00fcr die Bearbeitung vertraulicher Dokumente im Finanzwesen (Professionnel du Secteur Financier \u2013 PSF).<\/p>\n<p><b>Unangemessene Vorgehensweise der Direktion<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Genau wie vor 2 Jahren, lie\u00df die Direktion die Arbeitnehmer im Ungewissen und teilte ihnen gestern (z.T. per Mail) mit, dass die Insolvenz beantragt wurde und somit ab heute die T\u00fcren des Betriebs geschlossen bleiben.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Vorgehensweise unterstreicht die Forderung des OGBL, dass die Gesetzgebung betreffend die Insolvenz schnellstens abge\u00e4ndert werden muss, damit die Betriebe sich nicht von einem Tag zum andern aus der Verantwortung ziehen k\u00f6nnen und die Arbeitnehmer im Regen stehen gelassen werden.<\/p>\n<p><b>Unterst\u00fctzung durch den OGBL<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL wird das Personal \u00fcber alle notwendigen Schritte informieren, die im Falle eines Konkurses unternommen werden m\u00fcssen, und wird ihm auch mit seiner Hilfe zur Seite stehen. So wurde das Personal f\u00fcr kommenden Freitag, den 17. November 2017 um 10:00 Uhr auf eine Informationsversammlung in die R\u00e4umlichkeiten des OGBL-Diekirch eingeladen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Druck, Medien und Kultur \u2013 FLTL<br \/>\nam 14.
