Oktober 2017 den neuen Kollektivvertrag f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer der Gemeinde Remich unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Federf\u00fchrend bei den Lohnverhandlungen in der Gemeinde Remich ist der OGBL.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kollektivvertrag tritt am 1. Januar 2018 in Kraft. Er gilt bis zum 31. Dezember 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Inhalt der komplizierten Lohnverhandlungen waren eine Anpassung an den Lohnwert der Beamten und die Einf\u00fchrung von Arbeitsdienstpl\u00e4nen.<\/p>\n<p>Nachstehend die ausgehandelten Verbesserungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anpassung des Punktwertes an den der Gemeindebeamten; dies bedeutet eine Lohnerh\u00f6hung von 5,5 %;<\/li>\n<li>eine zus\u00e4tzliche Lohnerh\u00f6hung von 1,5%;<\/li>\n<li>die Auszahlung einer einmaligen Jahrespr\u00e4mie von 1% vom Bruttogehalt, gerechnet auf das Jahr 2016;<\/li>\n<li>die Einf\u00fchrung eines Sozialurlaubs von 24 Stunden pro Trimester;<\/li>\n<li>die Erh\u00f6hung der Familienzulage auf 27 Lohnpunkte; die Familienzulage f\u00fcr Arbeitnehmer wird beim vollst\u00e4ndigen Inkrafttreten des Geh\u00e4lterabkommens im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst auf 29 Lohnpunkte angepasst;<\/li>\n<li>die Aufwertung der Arbeitnehmerinnen im Reinigungsdienst in die Laufbahn B;<\/li>\n<li>die Anrechnung der Vordienstzeiten f\u00fcr s\u00e4mtliche Arbeitnehmer der Gemeinde;<\/li>\n<li>ein einheitlicher Satz von 50% f\u00fcr \u00dcberstunden;<\/li>\n<li>eine Erh\u00f6hung von 75% der Pr\u00e4mie f\u00fcr Nachtarbeit;<\/li>\n<li>eine Erh\u00f6hung der Pr\u00e4mie f\u00fcr Grabarbeiten auf 100 Euro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-<\/b><b>Syndikat \u00d6ffentliche Dienste<br \/>\nam 4.
