(Allgemeine Land- und Seespedition), weigern sich vehement, einen Tarifvertrag zu verhandeln. Beide Betriebe geh\u00f6ren zum Konzern \u201eRhenus Logistics\u201c mit Sitz in Deutschland. 2015 verkaufte CFNR seine an Rhenus Logistics, 2016 \u00fcbernahm der Logistikkonzern die A.L.S.<\/p>\n<p>In einem Schreiben vom Juni 2016 k\u00fcndigte CFNR Lux den bestehenden Kollektivvertrag auf und weigert sich seitdem einen neuen Vertrag auszuhandeln. Die Nichteinigung wurde Ende Juli 2017 festgestallt. Dem vorangegangen war ein Katz- und Mausspiel, gepr\u00e4gt von leeren Versprechungen seitens der Direktion von CFNR Lux, dessen Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer auch als Sprecher f\u00fcr die A.L.S. auftrat und sich kategorisch weigerte, \u00fcberhaupt in Gespr\u00e4che zur Aushandlung eins Kollektivvertrags zu treten.<\/p>\n<p>Betroffen sind rund 70 Besch\u00e4ftigte des fahrenden Personals. Der OGBL, alleiniger Vertreter in der Personaldelegation, hat umgehend das Nationale Schlichtungsamt mit beiden Streitf\u00e4llen befasst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Transport<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> am 8.
