Dieser Kollektivvertrag beinhaltet ein neues Geh\u00e4ltersystem f\u00fcr neue Arbeitnehmer beim Staat sowie bedeutende Verbesserungen f\u00fcr das gesamte Arbeiternehmerpersonal beim Staat.<\/p>\n<p>Entgegen der Meinung der gewerkschaftlichen Verhandlungsmehrheit w\u00e4hrend der Geh\u00e4lterverhandlungen bei Post Luxembourg unterstrich der OGBL mehrmals, dass diese neuen Verbesserungen beim Staat nicht automatisch auf die \u201eStaatsarbeiter\u201c der Post Luxembourg anwendbar seien. Die neuen Vereinbarungen m\u00fcssten sofort w\u00e4hrend den Verhandlungen bei Post Luxembourg angesprochen und verankert werden. Die Meinung des OGBL wurde ignoriert.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL behielt allerdings Recht! Der neue Kollektivvertrag wurde im Januar 2017 unterschrieben, ohne dass die \u201eStaatsarbeiter\u201c bei Post Luxembourg in den Genuss der Verbesserungen beim Staat kamen.<\/p>\n<p>Nach mehrmaligen Aufforderungen des OGBL, endlich Nachverhandlungen bei Post Luxembourg anzufragen, unterschrieben die Gewerkschaften endlich am 17. M\u00e4rz 2017 den Nachtrag zum Postkollektivvertrag. Die \u201eStaatsarbeiter\u201c bei Post Luxemburg kommen somit in den Genuss, s\u00e4mtlicher Verbesserungen, die unter der Federf\u00fchrung des OGBL ausgehandelt wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verbesserungen sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ein einheitlicher \u00dcberstunden-zuschuss von 50%<\/li>\n<li>eine Erh\u00f6hung des Nacht-zuschusses von +76% auf 1 Euro Index 100 pro Stunde<\/li>\n<li>einen monatlichen Lohnzusatz von 5 Lohnpunkten<\/li>\n<li>die Einf\u00fchrung einer generellen einheitlichen Schmutz-, Erschwernis- und Gefahrenzulage von monatlich 6 Lohnpunkten<\/li>\n<li>die Umwandlung des Kleidergeldes in eine monatliche Kleiderpr\u00e4mie von 2 Lohnpunkten<\/li>\n<li>die Eingliederung zwecks Absicherung der Schmutz-, Erschwernis- und Gefahren-zulage, der Kleiderpr\u00e4mie sowie der Sonderzulage (Essenszulage) von 11 Lohnpunkten in einen einheitlichen Lohnzusatz von 19 Lohnpunkten<\/li>\n<li>die Einf\u00fchrung eines Sozialurlaubs von 24 Stunden pro Trimester<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3896,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[53],"syndicat":[71],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
