Am 11. Mai 2017 haben der mehrheitliche OGBL und der LCGB ein Abkommen mit der Direktion unterzeichnet, das u.a. folgende Verbesserungen vorsieht:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 F\u00fcr 2017: eine Erh\u00f6hung der Lohnmasse um 1 %.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 F\u00fcr 2018: eine Erh\u00f6hung der Lohnmasse um 1,1 %.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 F\u00fcr 2019: eine Erh\u00f6hung der Lohnmasse um 1,2 %.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Die Einf\u00fchrung von Essensgutscheinen (18 Gutscheine im Wert von 8,40 Euro pro Monat).<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Die Umwandlung von 3 konventionellen Feiertagen in konventionellen Urlaub.<\/p>\n<p>Die Dauer des Vertrags betr\u00e4gt 3 Jahre (vom 1. Januar 2017 bis zum 31. Dezember 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Esch\/Alzette bietet Dienstleistungen f\u00fcr die Qualit\u00e4t und die Sicherheit von Installationen und Produkten an und besch\u00e4ftigt rund 180 Mitarbeiter.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Dienstleistungen und Energie<br \/>\nam 15.
